Advice on T4's

I am a girl of 29 who has just started taking clens and T4's. Please could someone give me some advice on how many T4's I should go up to I have got T4's and they are 75ug. Can someone tell me how much each tablet is in mg. I have done one cycle taking up to 4 clens a day and taking T4's every 2 days going up to a max of 4 tablets. Cycle taking 2 weeks to complete.
