Albuterol question

Hey guys.. I just picked up some albuterol and ketotifen. I plan on running the Albut for 4 weeks starting at 4mg and gradually increasing dosage up to 12-16mg daily based on the way i feel. My question is as follows. While using albuterol should i discontinue the use of preworkout supplements and Yohimbine? Ive searched and cant find a solid answer. Any help or advice is much appreciated.

I believe 36mg/day, 18-20mg in one dose is the highest I've ran. I don't recommend more than 12mg at once myself and 8mg is what I like. I really became fond of my first dose being the highest and lower with each dose - my favorite is 8,8,4 but also have enjoyed 12,8,8 and 12,8,4

You must have one hell of a tolerance to stims. I would be in hell if I took 36mgs. Have you been able to sleep fine on those doses? I can't sleep for shit and I get panic attacks if I go over 16mgs.
 
You have it backwards, albuterol is the active ingredient in salbutamol. I have taken 12 mg at once sublingually and I got some pretty good shakes from it. I wouldn't ever go over 16 mgs spread out through a day, unless you don't want to sleep.

Albuterol(also known as salbutamol) is used to treat wheezing and shortness of breath caused by breathing problems such as asthma.

I use to be a stim junkie lol. It took awhile but I don't even use pre-workout stims on the regular anymore, other than caffeine sometimes. I think the most important aspect is not too much at once and to have your doses lower later in the day, there's a little bit of a build up that we don't really notice as it doesn't have a kick like a dose does.

I think it's important to respect the power stims have. Many people, liked myself in the past, get dependant on them (not talking about albuterol but all forms like pre-workouts etc) and can't get a good training stimulus without then. I know many who say they can sleep on them, I usually can, but many who have problems sleeping and take stims too close to bed. I avoid them within at least 6 hours of bed now days. When I had events coming up in the past (modeling) I would take a dose right before I feel asleep like @Demondosage has recommended in the past.
I personally really think 8,8,4 or 8,4,4 or 4,4,2 (something along those lines) is ideal with albuterol.
 
How much weight did you lose and in what timeframe?
How much really doesn't have much merit, there are way too many factors involved. I've lost 5lbs a week on just vlcvlc (very low carb very low calorie) diets before with an hour of treadmill walking a day and no stimulants or aas. The thing with albuterol is more simular to ECA in that the overall metabolism boost is only something like 10% but it helps get through low calorie diets, gives more energy, and suppresses hunger. It helps to optimize workouts and help motivate and give energy so they're more effective. I'm on the belief that stims should really only be used for finalizing and breaking over plateaus. Though I use to abuse, them I see what a waste of health it really was when used for just regular fat loss.
So long reply short: directly it only makes a difference of about 10% so 1.1lbs instead of 1.
