So far so good. In my fourth week. Up 5lbs not much water retention present. Normally my face can tend to blow up the first month or so. Having bloods done first week of January. Looking forward to the results. Diet is hardest for me. I'm a service contractor so on the road all day. Started meal prep and seems to be the best option. Looking forward to the holidays passing and the start to a new year. Hope all is good Bro.
