I’m now finished my first week of Anavar only. 50mg ED
Dosage have been 20mgs in the AM then 30mgs before workout around 430-500PM
Strength - Haven’t noticed the strength quite yet, usually takes 2 weeks before noticing the strength increase… from what I have heard of course.
Vascularity – A little yes. My sister and I went to the gym together for an abdominal + cardio + forearm workout. Usually don’t do forearms but I decided to do them to see if I could notice the vascular increase in my forearms… As I finished the set my sister said “holy your veins look like they are going to explode”.
Hardness – Nothing really.
Pumps – I can’t really notice anything, I usually obtain a good pump while working out but I’m sure another week ill be noticing an increase in pump.
Fat loss – Nothing really as it’s my first week of the cycle and I shouldn’t notice any effects for a while.
Recovery time – YES, did a ridiculous leg workout and had a feeling I would be walking like I had a pole up my ass the next day… Woke up and felt like I didn’t work my legs out at all.
Libido – Still 100%
Ball Shrinkage – Nothing
Appetite suppression – None what so ever, to be honest im f-ing starving all the time. Way more then pre-cycle.
Diet – Prior to this cycle I was on a strict diet with low carb intake and ECA stack lowering my body fat… Percentage wise no idea, I have visible abdominals without flexing. Now iam increasing calorie intake which is mostly low fat protein and complex carbs (oats to be exact, no sugar good organic shit).
Example of diet for 1 day –
1) Morning 2 eggs, 2 eggs whites, bowl of oats with cut up strawberries or other fruits that I have
2) Chicken breast or tuna or lean beef, small potatoes with no toppings, fresh carrots or another type of veggie/fruit
3) Chicken breast or tuna or lean beef, whole grain rice, veggies
4) Pre workout meal – Oats with protein shake
5) Post workout shake
6) Home cooked meal – Steak, Chicken, Pork then carbs and veggies
7) Depends on if im hungry at the time but sometimes just a night time shake or a small snack.
I was training 1 muscle group a day, 5 days a week with 1 day of cardio + abs.
Iam now starting a 3 days split since the recovery time with the Anavar is amazing.
