Squats on Sunday were mostly without the knee pain that has been a constant since I returned to the gym 3 years ago. I have to concentrate on driving with the inside of my foot, and even then I can feel it on the way down occasionally. The PT told me it will probably be gone completely in a couple of weeks. I'm almost happy I hurt my shoulder now. I doubt I would really have made an appointment just for the knee. I have always assumed it would take surgery to fix, and the pain was more of a nuisance than it was debilitating.
