Anxiety/overthinking on blast

I’ve had the same issue, and what helped me the most was keeping my estrogen in check. Even slightly high estrogen made my anxiety way worse, especially on blast. I also started paying more attention to my sleep—lack of quality sleep made my overthinking unbearable. If I really need to unwind, a live resin cart in the evening helps take the edge off without messing with my training the next day.

I've dealt with the same issue, and what helped me the most was Ivabradine taken with zinc. It helped control my heart rate, which in turn reduced the physical symptoms of anxiety. That alone made a huge difference in how I felt day to day because it helped also a lot with my sleep quality...it improved a lot.

An elevated heart rate can trigger anxiety symptoms because the body interprets an increased heart rate as a sign of stress or danger.

A fast heart rate can sometimes cause fluctuations in blood pressure, leading to lightheadedness or a sense of instability—both of which can be mistaken for an anxiety episode.

Some individuals (especially those on stimulants, high androgen doses) are more sensitive to adrenaline, meaning even a slight increase in heart rate can create a sense of restlessness or impending doom.

This is why medications like ivabradine, which lower heart rate without affecting blood pressure, can help break this cycle by reducing the physical triggers of anxiety.

have you used nebivolol? I have tried 2 beta blockers and I believe i experience side effects from them.

I also agree, before lowering my heart rate i was always amped up and i think it was just the body responding to the heart rate.

I take Telmi, Nebivolol and Ivabradine when I "blast" ... at 46 years old playing with Tren hex, even at 100 mg/week is a blast for me.

I noticed great improvement in sleep quality since I added Ivabradine.

Nebivivol at 5mg helps me sleep better so much. Keeps me calm and focused. Just dont take it in the morning or afternoon, the first 2h on it makes me sleepy as fuck. In the evening its perfect for that

How do you all deal with anxiety and overthinking on blast?

I usually try to go for solo long bike rides, or late night gym sessions when there is no one there. Usually does the trick in clearing my head and calming down the thoughts.

Lately it’s been hard to do the above. Is there any other avenues or things one can try? I’d be interested what some experienced folks have to say. I’ve been on and off cycles last 5 years nothing crazy.
Fluvoxamine....

Any negative sides or potential sides you are cautious of with Ivabradine?

Propanolol for physical anxiety adrenaline and / or low dosage Xanax 0.25mg had helped me get through rough patches. Didn’t want anytime to be but on a SSRI cause they’re long term medication and I didn’t have a long term problem just patches

I have been taking Fluvoxamine for a year now, not only for its numerous benefits but also because it has helped me overcome certain OCD tendencies that have now completely disappeared.
Moreover, I went through a deeply toxic relationship with my ex, and I can honestly say that without Fluvoxamine, I might not have been able to move past it.

My quality of life has improved tremendously.

I may sure need something in the future as I age .
What benefits does fluvoxamine has ? I searched a little but couldn’t find anything I hear about fluvoxamine a lot.

I know that I am late but, excess catecholamine happens to me as well, and the only thing that saved me is 160 mg (a pretty strong dose) of ER propranolol. You should give it a try—talk to your cardiologist about it.

I was already an overthinker before starting gear with a bunch of OCD's, also my sleep was messed up, never managed to sleep 7 hours straight without waking up at least 3-4 times.

Thankfully gear hasn't made it worse, tried test, primo, mast, EQ and nandrolone so far. Hope will remain the same later with tren lol.
