Anxiety/overthinking on blast

I went ahead and pulled the trigger yesterday pinning 10mg Tren A ED. I doubt I’ll go much higher. At least it will clear my system quick if I don’t like how I feel.

I started with 10 too and every 7-10 days I added 5mg. Now couple weeks in at 30mg and it’s exactly like 10 as far as how I handle it. Thankfully.

I had the same issue and found that checking my E2 levels helped a lot—high estrogen made my anxiety worse. Lowering E2 a bit made a huge difference.
I started microdosing psilocybin a few weeks ago, and it's made a big difference for my mood and overthinking. I get mine through gomicromagic.com—super chill process and discreet shipping. Obviously, everyone's different, but for me, it really helps take the edge off without the heavy side effects I was getting from other stuff. Definitely worth looking into if you're feeling stuck.

My bro science reasoning. Gear puts you in a heightened state... well above normal physiological normals. This puts you in a fight or flight state MUCH more often then normal. You will feel it as anxiety. So when you feel this way you either fight (go to gym) or flight (take a short walk or run... if you can).
This is why I always prefer working out late at night before bed. I would also go for a bike ride when I used to still ride. Basically you gotta get moving. Some push-ups, sit-up, running, what ever.

Is this an ad? Lol

Anxiety on blast can be multifactorial - elevated estrogen, high androgens affecting neurotransmitters, sleep disruption from certain compounds, or just the stress of managing protocols.

I address the hormonal side through bloodwork and ancillaries, but I also work with Manhattan Mental Health Counseling for cognitive strategies around anxiety management. They do virtual sessions which is convenient, and having a therapist who doesn't freak out when you're honest about gear use makes a difference.
CBT techniques help separate compound-induced anxiety from baseline mental patterns. Obviously dialing in your protocol is priority, but the mental health piece is worth considering if cardio and gym time aren't cutting it anymore.
