Yeah Grizz, 1 jar natural PB everyday. Hard to get the gallon of milk in, but at least 3/4 of a gallon. I do drink a gal of water though. Should probably take and turn it around so Im gettin 3/4 gal of water and a whole gal of milk. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I took your advice and its working great. Beats the hell out of those gainer shakes! Thanks man!

Oh yeah, it totally slipped my mind. That's what I meant to say. :p

Ironhorse- Glad I could help. Getting good, solid gains? If you start getting chubby, then cut back a bit, but if you're not, then keep going to town on it.
