Those lawsuits can take 10 years or more to be resolved. Endless appeals, endless revisions, etc.

Yeah people always say to leave California because of the far left leadership and their oppressive laws. What they don't realize is those same ideologies are on there way to infecting other states as well. As the cost of living goes up people are leaving the state and bringing their fucked up ideology to these " free" states. I'd rather stay and fight, even though it feels like a losing battle, we have some victories here and there. Last week a judge reversed the background check for ammunition law. I ordered a bunch of ammo online, only to have the 9th circuit reverse the stay the very next day. It is frustrating one step forward, two steps back
