Anyone else never use pre workout?

A great preworkout that not many seem to mention is intentionally getting yo gyal to give u blue balls (I mean fr u get her to suck yo dick or u start fkin but as soon as u think u finna bust u just bounce n go straight to the gym) ik it’s weird n will annoy tf outta anyone (ik I wanted to beat tf out of the homie just for offering to spot me when I did that ahah) but if u channel it well, that means don’t be rushing shit just cos u wanna go back home to nut, if done right it will immediately put a good 20/40lbs on any lift of yours ;) plus once you finish your workout you get to go back n finish what was started (unless your gyal is really being a douche that day, as has happened to me more than once, I guess it’s understandable tho as it’s not like I rly explained what the whole point of the lil pregame was, so they just saw me wanting to fk then after 15/20min just randomly bouncing to the gym ahah so yeah maybe explain beforehand n u golden).

Don’t be doin none of that gay ass sperm retention shit tho, it’s not good for u n doesn’t do shit (not that I ever tried to do that, I have common sense, but ik some homies from MMA/Wrestling/etc… who used to do that before big fights n most of the time it just made them sleep shitty n not perform well on the day they had to).

I have never used a pre-workout in my whole life.

I find them a waste of money, pretty much over priced "coffee" with radioactive colors and added artificial sweeteners.

Good old coffee it's all you need.
 
Thanks for the follow up. Perhaps I will do a thread on all this. I can understand the material is dense and simply providing the reference material for independent study is probably unrealistic.

Test suspension is a suspension. The testosterone crystals once injected are just that....solid particles. Once in the tissue they aren't immediately soluble and take time to dissolve. It so happens that this dissolution with the particle size distribution of test suspension matches a very similar temporal profile with test prop. Of course the actual time release mechanism for the respective compounds is different. In the case of the former its dissolution of the active drug. In the latter case its absorption and cleavage of the prodrug.

Testosterone dissolved in oil with appropriate solvents is a different animal (solution). All the testosterone has to do is diffuse from the depot into the bloodstream. Once it reaches the bloodstream its elimination is rapid (on the order of 10 min as shared in reference I provided). I have no literature data on PK profile for testosterone dissolved in oil and my hunch is it is slower than troche or cream placed on the right location. Its use was abandoned very early on (see extensive literature review I shared) due to its PK profile being so rapid. The testosterone still has to leave the oil depot and enter the bloodstream. However, this formulation delivers testosterone to the bloodstream more rapidly than Test suspension or test prop solution.

I don’t use pre workout because… I don’t actually need it. I get pumped up on only TRT levels of test and have retard energy.

But I got a bad story to share. No "pre workouts" but I have in the past. I just can't justify spending money on them. I might take a cialis or viagra and hour before tho.

Same here about a decade and a half ago I went through a whole bunch of pre-workouts and honestly they all made me feel like shit. So I've never really got back into them It's weird I have a very sensitive system for pre-workouts and caffeine but pretty much all other drugs and AAS I have a high tolerance for
 
Last pwo I enjoyed was the little 4oz bottles of liquid ZipFizz or when it was available, ephedrine + caffeine.

The powders I never really enjoyed - they were just bitter and awful no matter the flavor.

These days its just water. Maybe a caffeine drink or pill depending on how the rest of the day went.
 
Black coffee, water plus the low dose Cialis I'm on is plenty. Honestly, have great, lasting pumps since starting the Cialis. Stuff is great. Reminds me of Vanadyl Sulfate we used to use back in the day which would give huge pumps.

Btw - you dont need to take Cialis pre-workout like you would Viagra. Its a 36-hour drug so its systemic and gives you great pumps whenever.

I have used Oxandrolone on and off for pre-workout but undecided on the effect/wisdom of this.
 
First and only time I've used PW was jack3d before it was banned. That kept me up all night, said never again. Had no idea it was banned for a long time, I just assumed all PW was like that. I'm sure there are benefits to it, but I limit caffeine to AM only for my sleep quality, which is one of the most important things for me.

Use to train on lots of stimulants when I was younger (20-25), but I can't even handle caffeine nowadays; I have been traininh pre-workout free for over ten years now and it's SO MUCH better than training with eyes wide open.

I feel calm, calculated, and naturally aggressive. In fact, I'd take yawning in-between sets over attacking weights like they just clapped my girl any day.

We HAVE to learn to call on aggression when needed (heavy sets) without relying too much on being stimm'd out.
