Anyone tried BPC-157 or PRP for joint pain? Did you take it orally, inject sub-Q or inject at the joint?

I do PRP myself. I’ve had it done professionally and while it’s worth the money, it’s just easier and way cheaper to do it yourself. I do have an assistant but I could easily do it solo. Here’s all you need: prp kits 50$ each and a 100$ centrifuge. Directions:
Draw 20ML blood
Put both in centrifuge and spin for 10mins at 2400 rpm
Use needle to pull out top two layers in each vial should be yellow/gold/greyish. Make sure no red cells are in it.
Put vials back in centrifuge spin for 15 mins at 3600rpm
Use needle to take out top 2/3rds
Mix gently
Then use injection syringe to pull out remainder and inject it into trouble spot.
I do this every other month.
Far more effective than BPC. I also use a lot of BPC
Let me know if you have any questions
Thanks for the instructions.

How do you inject the correct location? I'm comfortable taking my own blood so this is of interest to me but I'm wondering how you guide the needle without the assistant of ultrasound.

In my case it's for a long-standing shoulder injury.

The majority of the time prp treatments are subq or IM
When doing it at home I just go IM as close to problem area as possible.
I’d definitely suggest getting a small ultrasound if planning on going any deeper.
might wanna try go IM as close as possible first.
Works well for me. All the best.

Hey man is your assistant ordering those prp kits or do you have a source for that? I've found them but not from anywhere reputable because without being in the medical field they won't sell them to me.

He gets them from Henry schein
There are two I’ve seen you can get but I’m not sure of the quality
USA - Amazon has them lol
Spain/EU - ibor medica

Couple of things I forgot to mention if any of you are trying diy prp
1. Get a vial holder- the most delicate part of the process is extraction
2. This is extremely important: DO NOT take anti-inflammation meds 3-5 days prior to and as long as possible after injecting prp.
Reasoning: prp is done to increase inflammation

all the best.

Almost sounds like what I just went through. My knees started hurting recently, probably less than a year now.

I am injecting BCP/TB/GHK-Cu/HGH @ 1mg/1mg/3mg/2iu in a single shot daily for a bit over a week. Today I had the least painful workout in 15 or so years... I am not going to sit here and say its all because of the injections because but I cant believe what I did today. I want to give it more time before coming to any conclusion. Im injecting in the stomach area.
Bpc injections definitely helped my tennis elbow a year ago. This year I partially tore my bicep deadlifting. And it seemed to speed that recovery as well.

Yeah I was going to order from Amazon but realized that's stupid idea. Without a reputable company supplying it's a no go for me. I can use BD tubes and everything else needed through reputable sources but I can't seem to find the prp gel from anywhere legit.

I used bpc / tb for knees years ago and cant say it really helped. I personally think they are much better for muscular injuries than joint (not saying they don't help), and I have learned you definitely need to run higher amounts than the often recommended 500mcg/day. I think minimum 1mg. All considered would i try it, or do it again? yes. but knowing the above.

Your size matters. So does how long you took it. But its not a miracle drug. What it does is help your body do the healing. It doesnt do anything magic on its own. So in other words, your body needs to have the tools to fix things itself else they wont be effective. That means good diet, and healthy living in general.

How heavy are you? How long did you take it? What dosage?

Im about 210lbs. Did 1mg for 2 months, daily. Results started at about week 2 but it was still very minor and I wasnt sure yet. At one month I definitely noticed something changed. By month 2 it was incredible... we are talking about 15 year old injuries and pain, suddenly gone. But it wasnt total. Some injuries got better but are still there. For example, I have two tears in my left shoulder. One has almost totally healed but the other hasnt... Its improved a lot but its still there preventing me from doing a full range bench press. But my knees are suddenly good. And my ankle healed albeit that was a more recent injury that may have not become persistent. Hard to say.
