Ive used biofreeze and tiger balm before, all the common ones like ben gay and flexall, but dont think I've ever used one with glucosamine in it. Older guy at the gym showed me one he uses and swears by it. Has anyone noticed a marked difference from a transdermal glucosamine over just an oral supplement? I need something for my tricep tendon/elbow area
