It's pretty comical, watch all the rallying for the election and all that. An election in which the people don't even elect the president. America is a republic but if you ask the average Joe they will say it is a democracy which is false.

Shit Sworder I think the space time continuum just collapsed I agree with you. I do think this flooding of help homeless vets is every part of the agenda as the syrian refugees are. Doesn't mean I don't agree to help vets first but it is part of the distraction.

Homeless vets and providing benefits to those who sacrificed more than just time have always been a problem. What politician is even talking about this issue?? NONE. And what distraction? You must be a Liberal Piece of shit too. Comparing this issue to Syrian refugees is bold you mother fucker.

So the issue of vets not being taken care of when they come home is a distraction to making money on the war itself? I agree that there is an issue, but explain to me how this makes any fucking sense. How is it a distraction? Are you looking at it in terms of a campaign? Cause we all know everything talked about from a candidate during a campaign IS total smoke and mirrors.

Everything talked about by all politicians, maybe there are a few exceptions, whether in a campaign or not is smoke and mirrors brother. Politicians are legally allowed to be bribed into policy making. What do you think political donors and large corporations donate the money to politicians for? It's not bc they like the guy or gal it's bc whomever hands over the largest donation gets his agenda pushed by the politicians. Plain and simple. If you give a congressman a larger check than me for his "campaign" and we are competitors in the marketplace, whose agenda do you think he will favor??

You're misunderstanding me about the distraction. I totally agree that someone who fought and/or was maimed fighting to protect their family, countrymen, and country should not have to live on the streets. They shouldn't be begging for money to get a hot meal. They shouldn't be forgotten. But when a politician is bringing this issue up the reason they're doing so is to distract you. While you're busy listening to the politician talk about the injured vets and worrying about belong them out you're not questioning that politician about why we are fighting a war we shouldn't be In to begin with. You're not telling the politician that the wars we are in are not benefiting the country or making it any safer. You're not questioning things that should be questioned. It's like a magician, they distract you with one hand while pulling the real trick with the other

See the effect a politician doesn't have to say anything. Just use social media to stir up some shit that will keep them arguing and calling each other names for a while. Did you not read that I agree we should take care of vets first I am one. EBK you actually know me. As far as being liberal or conservative I think both sides are much the same they do as told so therefore I am neither.

I agree, and I think you misunderstood what I was getting at as well. I wasn't talking politics, I was more simply making a statement that us as Americans should take care of our own, which is not being done, than give away money to these refugees. A politician is as crooked as the lowest lying scum bag out there. Salesmen slanging false hopes based on turmoil of the present. I look at the problems I see out my front window, not the ones a thousand dollar suit tells me Is wrong with our society. You have me all wrong Doc. My response to this thread is this and I'll leave: I am tired of giving to those who did not fight and die for what I have. I say no to Syrian refugees, they are unwanted in my community. Muslim religion has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with keeping as many terrorists out of my back yard as possible. Refugees will be shipped to all states. Some will be plants, what better way to start some Shit and kill Americans by taking advantage of our generosity.
 
Oh they are here. The strategy is a simple one and not very hard to be clandestine about it. It is they were to dumb to figure it out......guess what? They figured it out.

That was a douche move on their part, which they full well knew.

The Emirates are an interesting group, to say the least. The same can be said of most groups of people with more money than sense. Still not indicative of average Islamic people though, or even indicative of average Emirates (although like I said, interesting group, along with the saudis).

Our politicians make some pretty douche bag fucking statements too, as we've all been so happy to point out for the last page. Pretty sure none of us are making money off the strife they are causing though.

Unfortunately, no one is listening to us anymore than anyone is listening to Ahmed down the street. People are ultimately people. 99% of the world wants the same shit we do. To be left alone, in peace, to raise our families and pursue our happiness. The American dream is not at all exclusive to America.

And everywhere there are people trying to do that, there will be an asshole with an agenda hoping to use them as pawns to catapult themselves to the top of the shit heap.

Turn the media off dudes. They've been lying through their teeth for a long fucking time, on every side of things. The sensationalism is rotting out our collective brains. . .

And that proposal got shot down right from the get go. A mosque? on Ground Zero? Hell to the fuckin NO!!! That proposal was a big slap in the face to all who died that infamous day. America will stand proud and not let towelheaded heathens dictate things to us.
