are you able to say the day that you sent? mistersuit says he paid 15 days ago. if the parcel was sent immediately after payment, it should have already arrived to him. I do not think it takes more than 10 days for a eu domestic delivery. it seems that customer service is not your strong point ...

Yes sir I always check the spam, I received tracking today after the umpteenth email and also apologised for my pressure with your man, but my package was sent when I told you it was (I don’t share this accurate info because of safety but you can check the time and day of shipping and can confirm what I said), and not in a timely manner.
