I’ve used SAS Mast E and Tren Ace and had no problems. Same with pcom! It sucks, I definitely got the bad batch of Test E, shit, and I’m sitting on a bunch. Same order as when I got the DHB. It’s so bad I’m going to order some more TEST e from another lab for my cruise.

That sucks man, i remember reading in his thread there was def a batch of test E that had serious pip.

I must also admit when I’ve used test E, it was along with my 200mg TRT test cyp so maybe that’s why it seemed smooth to me. SP E is 300mg/ml as you know, that’s pretty strong.

When I ran my EQ cycle almost two years ago. I was pinning 500mg- EQ 300mg Mast mix and 300mg Test e all in one syringe .
1100mg!! No pip.

People hate on them all the time, but I did 2 blasts with their test and npp last year and bloodwork and physical results showed it was solid. No pip, worked very well. I’ve only gone with domestic after I had a pack seized at customs, which pcom re-sent. If all our sources were unavailable at some point, I’d order from pcom again. Just can’t justify their prices and seizure risk with good gear available domestically.
 
Alright fuck this deload. It’s been 7 days, I feel refreshed mentally, downright bored in the gym though. Bloat coming down a bit after lowering GH dose but I’m still carrying at least 5lbs of extra water. Time to get back to the chase and hit it hard.

Blast Nutrition Protocol

Last fall’s bulk I put on too much water and fat. This bulk will feature an extremely clean diet with the exception of a periworkout protocol and 1 piece of 85% dark chocolate daily. Periworkout is almost identical to @FourOneDeuxFitt ’s. It has worked well for him, so I will follow suit and see what it can do for me. More info can be found in his log. Many thanks to him and @Wunderpus for tips on diet. Whey and other supps will only be used periworkout, all other calories will come from animal protein, clean carbs and fats. Specifically, the diet will feature a mix of the following:

Protein:

Salmon
Sirloin Steak
93/7 ground beef
Chicken
Eggs

Carbs:

Sweet potatoes
Black, brown and jasmine rice
Quinoa
Oats
Bananas
Berries- blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
Fuckton of vegetables, always tossed in apple cider vinegar
Sauerkraut

Fats:

Raw almonds
Avocado
Olive oil
Coconut oil

Cheat meals will happen occasionally, but not often. I do believe the body needs a shock by changing up carb intake. I don’t believe the body benefits from being shocked with processed crap and fake foods.

Week 1 blast is a deload so calories will start around 3000 and work up to 3200 by week’s end. Week 2 I will start at 3400 and increase calories by 200 per week until I’m gaining too much fat. I expect to be at 4000+ cal by week 5. Below is the macro breakdown, subject to change. Ratios will remain the same as calories increase.

I like it a lot man. In all honesty. If you need a mix up for carbs Thomas English muffins “light multi grain” are excellent as well and contain 8g of fiber a piece and sit well in my stomach. Love to see the sauerkraut and all the fruit. Only thing I have to say about all of it besides how much I like it is your protein intake. I definitely wouldn’t go any higher than what you already have it at. Seems almost like a DC training approach with 2g/lb. if anything you may benefit a bit kore lowering it and picking up the difference with carbs. Last blad it had my protein at 400g/day. I was bloated a lot. Digestion was slowed down as well. When I transitioned into cruise I gradually worked down to 350, then 300 where I’m st now and bloat is never an issue anymore. Carbs are still high at 400g right now even on cruise (200mg/wk cyp)I’m barely maintaining weight. I don’t even count fats. Just look at total calories in. But. I think it’s solid. Experiment and see what works for you. I know I probably won’t go too far over 350 next time. If I go over. Carbs are going to stay very high. Off days cut them in half to stay sensitive a bit. But anyone I’m rambling. Can’t wait for your blast and glad to be apart of your thread bro!!!! You keep me motivated !!!!!

Ramble all you want my man, I look forward to your advice when you have some. It’s all been beneficial to me. I was thinking normally you’d want protein 1-1.5g/lb, but maybe push it to 2 on blast. I didn’t realize excess protein could cause bloat, but it makes sense due to slow digestion. Fuck maybe that’s what bloated me so much last year. Along with npp and anadrol. I will indeed do that, drop protein and increase carbs. That pie chart illustrated a 4000cal total, which I’m nowhere near yet so I’ll play around with it.
 
Yeah I was also running npp as well but I don’t think that was the cause. I think my protein int ake was just too high for my size and amount of muscle mass I have. I was aiming way too high. With more than sufficient carbs I don’t believe you need to hit the 400 mark. In all honesty. 350 sure. Why not. But I’d up carbs and a bit of fats. Before protein. I try to keep fats as low as I can and still hit the calories. So for like 3200 cals for me looks like 318p 408c 48f

My iliopsoas pain has gotten a bit worse. It’s frustrating. Warm up sets are very painful, then as I loosen things up it gets better but is really holding me back from pushing the weight on squats. Can I still add size to my hams and quads without squats? Would be helpful I think to avoid them for a month or so, or would it? Maybe I should just keep the weight low and continue with my active iliopsoas stretching routine. That way blood flow is always going to them.

Don’t quote me 100% but I’m pretty sure Jordan Peters stated that yes a good bit of size and mainly strength was achieved with squats. BUT. When he cut squats out and started using other exercises and intensity techniques dor legs is when they really exploded. Hack squats, sissy squats, extensions, lunges , etc. but don’t get me wrong some people’s legs blow up with squats and they are a strength staple

That is encouraging. All those exercises have been featured in my programs last 2 years, but I’ve squatted at least 2x weekly that whole time as well so I’m not sure how effective everything else was. Nothing pumps my entire thighs like squats.

I’m gonna try to see a chiro tomorrow. Try to get some aggressive therapy on it or better yet a repair program that will allow me to continue squatting as the pain goes away. Really hoping in addition to that, npp and hgh come to the rescue at some point, but I think that’s unlikely for awhile, a few months with hgh.

Yeah man, sorry I haven’t updated in a couple days. Thanks for asking. Things could be worse, I’m 2 weeks in and GH bloat is coming down, I feel fuller and tendinitis in right arm is improving already I assume from npp. Still a few weeks out from nandrolone pumps.

Been seeing a chiro for therapy on both my iliopsoas. Possibly will get cortisone shots in em this week. In the meantime I’m gonna change my squat form. I’m gonna tuck my tailbone and lean a bit forward for the descent, keeping back straight at a 45 degree angle. Can’t get quite as deep, but it relieves a bit of hip pressure. What ever happens, I cannot stop squatting no way. Also my left AC joint is very lightly sprained. This is a scary one. I’m working around it, no overhead pressing for now and focusing very hard on chest movements and perfect form. Seems a bit better last couple days.

Funny thing happened, I stopped by my old work few days ago and people were shocked at my growth. They planted a seed in my head to start a blog. But the best thing of that day was there were 2 regulars there who had sobered up since I last saw them. They credited me for the inspiration. Fuck man that made me all warm and fuzzy inside, what a great feeling to help someone with their addiction.

So anyway I’ve been writing a lot and seriously thinking of doing a blog. I’d go back in time to when I started all this, depression and alcohol addiction. I have quite a story to tell, not so much to guys here - most of us have similar scars that led us here.

If I do the blog, my posting presence would have to come down here. Obviously on a blog, PEDs won’t be discussed unless it’s from reader comments. I suppose that’s why I haven’t updated in a few days, I’m not sure what I’m gonna do. I love to write. Obviously haha

Thank you for the compliment my man. I’m actually 2 weeks into 400 test, 525 npp and 3iu/day blacktops. I think it’s too early for a deca pump and my muscles are holding some water from GH, but I feel like I put on a little size during that cruise. Now it’s time to put on a lot of size!
