Yeah man, sorry I haven’t updated in a couple days. Thanks for asking. Things could be worse, I’m 2 weeks in and GH bloat is coming down, I feel fuller and tendinitis in right arm is improving already I assume from npp. Still a few weeks out from nandrolone pumps.

Been seeing a chiro for therapy on both my iliopsoas. Possibly will get cortisone shots in em this week. In the meantime I’m gonna change my squat form. I’m gonna tuck my tailbone and lean a bit forward for the descent, keeping back straight at a 45 degree angle. Can’t get quite as deep, but it relieves a bit of hip pressure. What ever happens, I cannot stop squatting no way. Also my left AC joint is very lightly sprained. This is a scary one. I’m working around it, no overhead pressing for now and focusing very hard on chest movements and perfect form. Seems a bit better last couple days.
Funny thing happened, I stopped by my old work few days ago and people were shocked at my growth. They planted a seed in my head to start a blog. But the best thing of that day was there were 2 regulars there who had sobered up since I last saw them. They credited me for the inspiration. Fuck man that made me all warm and fuzzy inside, what a great feeling to help someone with their addiction.
So anyway I’ve been writing a lot and seriously thinking of doing a blog. I’d go back in time to when I started all this, depression and alcohol addiction. I have quite a story to tell, not so much to guys here - most of us have similar scars that led us here.
If I do the blog, my posting presence would have to come down here. Obviously on a blog, PEDs won’t be discussed unless it’s from reader comments. I suppose that’s why I haven’t updated in a few days, I’m not sure what I’m gonna do. I love to write. Obviously haha
