It really is an amazing compound. I’d try it for a cut if I didn’t love tren so much. In a couple months I’m gonna try tren as a bulker this time. We’ll see if it can match the bulking awesomeness of nandrolone.
Yes that is the plan, I pin npp and tren ace ED so might as well go with prop. I really don’t get much pip from it. Occasionally in the quads, but quads are a bitch sometimes no matter what I’m pinning. You know how that goes ha. I know it’s weird, but I actually enjoy pinning. Like it’s part of the pre workout ritual or something.

It’s probably my favorite Ester of them all, and only needs to be pinned on M, W, F like NPP. You could switch to to pinning ED with the prop when you start up the Tren.

I’ve never noticed any difference with gains or sides pinning Tren M, W, F, S instead of ED. Just something you might want to consider.

I pinned TPP along with NPP for my 2 bulk blasts last year. This blast is all SP gear and he doesn’t have TPP, but if he stocked it I would’ve gone with it for sure.

I didn’t realize how much it could change my attitude until I was a few weeks off it. Then people told me things I did or said and wow, what an asshole I could be at times! It’s always a risk, but most of the time I was able to control it. One thing I focus on when that super anger and red face, neck and traps come on is to keep my mouth shut. Don’t say a fuckin thing. Just exit the situation as gracefully as possible.

Pretty much the only time that anger would come on was while tending bar late at night. I was burned out on that career and ever since sobering up it just wasn’t fun being the only sober guy at the party. Tren was not good at all in that environment.

Thanks my man! And pinning GH 2x daily haha. In the past when I’ve used prop or TPP, I just added it to my prescribed cyp. So if I was aiming for 600mg/week, I’d just add 400 prop to 200 cyp. This will be the first time I discontinue the cyp and go all out prop. So we’ll see what the blood says. I will pull bloods in 4 weeks mainly to verify e2 is still in the sweet spot, and to check my new igf-1 level.

Right on much appreciated! Haven’t noticed anything yet, I’m on day 3 pinning 30 prop and 60 npp daily along with the last bits of my cyp. But I will be prepared. Especially in week 9 when I swap out npp for tren. Fuckin tren man, last time it randomly bit me. 4-5 days of no pip, then bam! Just to remind me who’s boss I guess haha.

This is day 8 on growth and I’m already up 7 pounds in a deload week eating 500 less calories daily. It isn’t a huge amount of bloat yet, but it is noticeable and if it’s that much this fast, I best take notice. Especially heading into a blast with high doses of test and npp.

I fully attribute this to my utterly moronic decision of going right into 4iu daily, despite everyone and their mothers advising a start of 2iu. For week 2 I will drop dose down to 2.5iu, then increase by 0.5 as the bloat comes down, weekly or bi-weekly.

Well you had to learn for yourself haha as most of us do. It’s hard to wait to get from point A knowing our end result needs to be point B and that we have the ability to just get right to it so why not haha. Well, this is why I guess. I had along the same lines in my mind as well. So now I’m like well, let’s just start at 2iu. That’s a lot of weight for one week. Your also introducing other compounds as well though recently right? So it may not be 100% the GH. But, looking at what wasn’t a factor before the weight gain to what’s been recently added in it makes a lot of sense of the culprit.

The sides and bloat should get better in a few weeks. Any numbness? That a bad sleep are the only negative sides I had in my first run?
This GH run has been almost side free for me, except 6iu has my fingers feeling swollen and achy.

Very true. The npp could be adding to it although it’s a bit early for water retention from that only a few days in. I’ve only elevated test to 400.

Another likely culprit could be seroquel. I started taking it 4 weeks ago or so after my doc assured me it wouldn’t cause slowed metabolism at only 50mg. Just in case, I discontinued that a few days ago and now back on trazodone which hasn’t given me any side effects in the 2 years I’ve been on it.

I also hypothesize that since my diet for a couple months was exactly the same, my body has gotten used to processing it and is not expending the same amount of calories to digest. Maybe, but that has a bro science ring to it haha.

It’s gotta be the growth. Weight gain started around the same time I started pinning it and is a notorious side effect of growth for first time users, especially ones who dose too high initially.

Yeah I would drop back down to 2.5iu for a few weeks. Then maybe raise your dosage .5iu every two weeks until you get back to 4iu. It takes a few moths to really get going anyway.

Still no pip? I know your not pinning a lot of volume yet but I’m terrible pip! Ive bee playing around with it but yesterday I pinned 1ml of Test E in still feel it today. Then this morning I did my usual shot. Same as Monday’s which is still really tight and sore.

It was 1ml Tren Ace, 1ml Mast E, 3/4ml NPP.

No not yet my brother, SP npp has been silky smooth thusfar and prop maybe has a little pip here and there but nothing worth noting. His test E was smooth for me too. Now tren ace was mostly smooth, except sometimes that tren would bite hard! Had tren cough once and maybe 20% of the pins bit.

There are definitely people who get pip from his gear though. I don’t know, I guess batches could be different or he is using an oil that doesn’t agree with some.
 
Iliopsoas Syndrome

Anatomy class already paying off. So we’re covering the skeletal and muscle systems. Moving down from the anterior torso to legs, we stumbled upon the iliopsoas. First I was like what the fuck kind of name is that, then seeing it I immediately felt my own and thought that is exactly where I’ve been over worked!

So a little research yielded Iliopsoas Syndrome. Most commonly from deep squats, when your glutes, hams and core become fatigued, you heavily recruit the iliopsoas.

I’ve put together an active stretching routine I will now employ daily moving forward, because not going all out on leg days for an extended time does not align with my goals.

Supraspinatus overworked, possible strain

The pain and tightness I couldn’t pinpoint deep in my deltoid and trap is actually an overworked left supraspinatus. No doubt from picking up the slack of my torn right pec. I’m really hoping the elimination of barbell presses will assist with recovery.

4 more days of deload, then it’s time to resume hitting it hard.

I’ve used SAS Mast E and Tren Ace and had no problems. Same with pcom! It sucks, I definitely got the bad batch of Test E, shit, and I’m sitting on a bunch. Same order as when I got the DHB. It’s so bad I’m going to order some more TEST e from another lab for my cruise.
