I understand there is a huge risk. I understand that it costs money to run the operation and avoid traps (without getting into specifics). You have a good rep on here. It's kind of trifling to just offer 50% back instead of just honoring the gear IMO.
I was unaware of a thread by EBK trashing you or the specifics, so I will leave it at this. I don't follow the Underground all that close, so I probably missed something else.
 
Everything that happened is out in the open. By the way Astro, I never told anyone to stay away from you, this is untrue. I did not create a thread bashing you either. I asked for advice on how to filter the ruined gear.

I do apologize for being so pissed but I have spent ALOT of money in your gear and gave you rave reviews in the beginning and felt I deserved a little more respect than fifty percent and treated like Im trying to work you over.

Again, I NEVER TOLD ANYONE TO STAY FROM YOU!!!!! Im not trying to get people to not order. I brought all this out to show folks how you treat customers when they have issues.
 
I feel this needs to be said again.... I NEVER CREATED A THREAD TO BASH ASTRO. This is ridiculous.
 
Thanks JB! At first I didn't care about replacements but I pmed Astro and explained the issues and told him why I knew it wasn't just crashed but the stoppers were junk.

Instead of engaging me in discussion about it, he responded with the 50% refund deal. I never asked for replacements at any point. But this has turned into such a fiasco, I will take either a sincere apology (as I already apologized) for my summer cycle plans being cut short or replacements of some type or... both.

EBK - I have spent the last 2 hours looking for your Astro bashing thread but I can't effing find it. Can someone please point me in the right direction? ;)
 
The thread was harmless until the fact that I offered 50% wasn't good enough. Then it gets brought over here.

I've treated all with respect but straight up disrespecting me because my offer wasn't what one wanted to here is fucked up. I didn't tell him fuck off or get lost I made an offer and yet I'm the bad guy?

I said it before I'll say it again if he would have pmd me asking for a full replacement I would have. But instead I get treated like a like of shit? I know for a fact I'm a Good source. I've nerve scammed, robbed got over on any one. Not many Dom src can say that. And I've been here about a year now.

Astro - relax man! I can't speak for Colt, but I was just trying to lighten up the mood, no harm intended. I wasn't making a statement with my post.

Your standing amongst the sources here at Meso is not in question, as far as I can see. I think you are reading too much into this, as far as your reputation goes. Maybe we are reading it differently, but I feel like we are all actually trying to help you. I think the point that the fellas are trying to make is that you ARE one of the top sources here - and they just don't want to see you tarnish your rep over this seemingly easy to fix issue.

At least that is how I am reading it...
 
I read back the past 20 pages... can any comment on T/A time from placing your order to actually receiving your pack?

It seems its around the 20-30 day range?
