Actually this was corrected and it was a number issue this time and I am just letting everyone know. If a mistake is made on either part we always look into it extensively to make sure no one looses.
It just happened to be a bad time to have wrong numbers because prior it was swore we collected money we never even had a email or number for. That has been figured out though. We are alert and catious since a member made us loose an exceptionally large amount of $. We always look into issues to make sure someone else doesn't loose out.
