It's not hard to get Astro to reply to you.
He responds when he can, and who he is currently working with. If your ordering etc, astro communicates pretty good IMO.

No but seriously, leveling with you for a moment: you're new but you're doing what almost every new fly by night guy is doing lately... take a moment to read the recent pages in a thread before you start making posts/threads. He's on break and he doesn't necessarily work on weekends anyhow.
