I want to apologize for my outburst yesterday to Astro and the gang here , it was just one of those mornings and Im just one of those kind of guys that explode some times . I wasnt getting it when I wanted it and threw a tizzy fit . I think I need to up the Adex . Sorry Astro ~Ogh

I really believe most of these issues can be resolved by astro assigning product codes to all items and the only thing on order email is product and shipping addy. I've personally had to wait three weeks this last time astro communicated with me so I didn't mind. Does he have shipper problems? Probably but it's hard to just hire another person to help you in this line of work. Hopefully this does get cleaned up and I'm confident it will.

Well if you keep blowng him off he does have a small valid point ... In my perception many guys are cheap and wait till last minute to order gear then start freaking out its not fast enough... I think people just want to be able to order with ease I'm not sure about your t/a time but I'll give you a try when your back up and report my findings I think for domestic 2 weeks is generous time frame from ordering then paying a day or two later to receiving product priority mail is 2-3 days. So if its taking more than 2 weeks for a domestic guy I would be irritated too..

Of course it is but security cant be compromised. Not to mention when I fill up with orders I tell customers I have a lot of work to do and more then not they ask if I will still take their order and they don't mind the wait. I do understand the wanting it faster but I never ignore emails or avoid answering questions I keep everyone informed, always.

The risk involved is high and were a smaller operation. Spreading orders out and delivery's like we do ensure we're safe. We just can't risk shipping at the same post or multiple times a week. If you guys were in our shoes you'd completely understand. In the beginning you can do that but it doesn't last long and I was shipping long before I was a source on this board so that opportunity came and went. This is why we only take so many orders and allow only certain members to order. Its all for safety reasons, not because were lazy or overwhelmed, just for safety. This is just how we do it and it works.

I've been there so I know. I've done the same thing to a supplier I've purchased from. I appreciate the apology and it is accepted.

And thats the beauty of Meso - I can express myself without fear of being 86"d from the place . Try that at ASF or other pay sites . I had a gripe with a vendor and I spoke my mind . I love this site , but its losing its vendors and the last one standing cant keep up . We need more , we deserve more.....~Ogh

Honestly we need more, the more vendors the more enhanced our check and balance system is. Better prices better services. It's what ultimately drives competition. This is the beauty of a democracy. Meso at the moment is a monopoly.

I dont know when you ordered? But Bruce had good raws too not all his raws were bad. We had several test in the 90's % wiyh his raws. The problem was the Mast and the biggest problem was he was just a middle man so he never knew the quality. He had quality but i believe there was a decline.

Because this isnt a source board it will more then likely remain how it is. Not to mention the legality issues the fact that yhe ones who ACTUALLY have the ACTAUL education to do this rather stay legit and not risk there freedom. So the game will remain the same.

I've ordered from astro 7-8 times and the entire turnaround has not taken more than 10 days on any of those occasions. I'm not saying you in particular, but a lot of guys beat around the bush and want to email back and forth. I've said it before, send your order, your payment info, and shipping address at all once. He is slow getting to emails but he probably gets a ton of emails every day. Sending everything in one email eliminates the back and forth. At this point, it should be pretty obvious what form of payment is most convenient for reasonably sized orders.

Yeah I've ordered from him 5 times and the longest it's taken was 11 days which isn't shit. I've also had them come In 5 days which is great. But indeed after my first go round(I did the email back and forth thing) I started to send absolutely anything needed for the order all in one, makes the process a hell of a lot easier.
