Astro Labs US Dom and Intl SRC

Yeah not really pressure but if I bend over to stretch and try to touch my toes if I get about halfway down I've never felt a pain like it.
Yeah sounds like sciatic look up sciatic stretches. It is one of the worst pains out there. Sounds like you actually do not have that bad though so some stretching might be all you need.

Just wanted to say delt
With astro for the first time last week and everything came through with no problems in about three day! I'm very pleased!

I'm new here as well, been trying to find a trustworthy source so obviously I have my work cut out for me lol. I understand you not wanting to do business with new guys astro, I guess I'll have to just wait for a spot to open with you. Too bad I can't afford GH haha.

Sorry if dumb question but is there like an actual waiting list? Or do your new customers just have to get lucky with the timing of messaging your when you happen to be available?

One way to save $$$ on GH is to use GHRP and CJC in conjuction with it. To maximize fat burning, build muscle and save $$$ I try to get 4 pulses a day and use this protocol:

First thing in AM (on empty stomach): Dose of GHRP & CJC, 100mcg each

Preworkout: 1IU GH

Before Bed: 1IU GH, Frag

Middle of night when I naturally wake up to pee but at least 3 hours after last food: Dose of GHRP & CJC.

Keep in mind that GHRP and CJC have to be on an empty stomach to get a GH release. Frag is a good fatburner. I also use TB500 twice a week to aid in recovery from surgery I had and it worked so good I just kept using it. Of course this entine routine was used after my surgery and worked very well.

If you want more mass gains then I would up the dose of GH to 2IUs (or more if $$$ is no issue) pre workout. Or just drop the dose before bed and take the 2IUs preworkout.

Good question but IDK and my pure guess is no. There might be genetics involved in the disc as far as them being degenerative and such. i am dealing with a flair up it came from something simple it always does. Someone issued me a low pass in bball and I turned quickly and bam next thing you know I hove three flared discs in the L4,5,6 region. So it not usually nerve related but more to herniated discs or even just a simple flare up in the region pushing on the sciatic nerve. There is also stenosis which has to do with a hole that the nerve passes through into the disk it is a narrowing of this hole/gap. Anyways what I have noticed once it happens once it tends to happen again. I had a long bought with out it but I was really strengthening my core. Once I got lazy on that it happened again. I don't know if any of this helps I am no doctor just have been dealing with this off and on every few years for about 15 years.

Most likely not genetic although I could be wrong. Now you may have a mutation in a muscle or something of sort close to the sciatic that causes you two to have tweaked it easier than others. Or maybe you both just have bad form...

Haha jk on the last part. Hope you have a speedy recovery and look into a stem unit . They do wonders if you can get a good one and with that injury your insurance should cover most of the price.

GR nice to see you around again. What if one is more concerned with joint and weight loss not muscle so much would all these peptides still be good or can one be eliminated. Just run the frag.

So me you and cazper all got hurt from playing basketball..that's the issue it's basketball! No jk but I used to play a lot of soccer and id hurt it back then too I just wouldn't say anything about it. So the recurring is definitely happening

Idk about that brotha^ . I mean I love soccer too but more sprinting in basketball. More endurance in soccer.

And volt is correct on core strength. When I was playing in college back in the day I noticed the most improvement the year that I focused solely to look good and have abs.

And that's when it clicked that core was so important. Also seemed to have less aches and pains that year too.

Yeah and that sounds about right. One of my coworkers told me just now that he went to he chiropractor and it helped him recover fully in about a week. So maybe I'll jump on that too @Voltrader

Great to be back at it again. The surgery was a hemroiddectomy and some other procdure where they pushed my ass back up in there. I'm so squimish to hear about it that I told the surgeon just do it, I don't need every detail.

I imagine the above protocol would work well for joint problems. Especially the TB500. Also a low dose of Deca makes a big difference on joint pain. Even after coming off the Deca my joints still feels good.

Ha hemroidectomy I dont want to know you told me too much already. Glad to see everything was shoved back up there correctly and you found your way back to meso LOL! I was hoping GH would help me put down the Deca.
