Thanks for the input 4leaf! When you run higher test what do your bloods look like? Have a friend tell me his labs were 7500ish. Is he wasting his gear or is this beneficial? He is running around 750 test among other compounds. Im going to look at his labs today. Maybe I could grab them and post, get some input? I like the deal with orals, quick pct, half the ammount of time on. Gotta get moving, work calls. Hope you have a good day bro and thx for the info!
Depends on several factors if he is wasting the gear. At that range (750 mg), I would be aiming to hit every muscle group 2x a week, for a 6 day a week workout. When it's not the summer, I also add in 2-3 sessions of cardio per week. The second factor is how much is he eating, usually I feel like high dose ranges are better suited to bulking, and to bulk you need to eat. The third factor is how many cycles has he ran? If this is his first, he is undoubtedly wasting gear. You use multiple compound stacks to break plateaus or extreme doses. If he had done a round of test previously, hit a max, trained while off cycle and was still around that max, then I would say try stacking, I would say stack 1 oral, test, and another compound. Unless you're a pro, there is really no need for multiple oral cycles, test, test suspension, deca, EQ, mast, tren (they go through all of these in contest prep, and a few more I left out, like GH, synthol, etc). For amateur and intermediate users (I was a boxer, and I consider myself an intermediate user), 3 stacking is fine. Once you get comfortable with the compounds you like, you can run 2 orals per cycle, extend the cycle, up the dosage range, stack mildly and add in a few extra goodies (like proviron). This in my opinion is what going from beginning AAS to intermediate looks like.
People always want to rush it, at least from what I've seen on the internet. I used to compete (box, amateur) and my coach always told me, you have a lifetime to achieve your goals, don't do stupid shit. Training and diet is far more important than AAS, don't get me wrong AAS has helped me tremendously, but it was in the latter half of my career. When I started using, it was to recover from a very serious injury I suffered, that 3 years of therapy didn't completely fix.
I'm not saying don't use, cuz I love the juice. But you should think about your long term goals, not just AAS use, and plan accordingly (like I don't drink now, so I can use more oral cycles). It's all about the checks and balances. You want to live a long healthy life (hopefully, at least I do), and I don't want to shit in a bag when I'm 60 either.
