Little about me is currently job related I'm stuck in shit hole memphis tn stats r 6ft 2- 207 pds and am sick of being in rut current diet could be better but screw it I try like stated before just heard about this thru friend at gym didn't mean to ruffle feathers but everyone knows when you hit that plateau you start reaching well I've hit that and my current guy is gone to ass. Been at it for atleast 5 strong and just looking for better advice or direction to achieve goal.

Hey, you can stick up for whoever you want man. Fight their battles that's up to you. Reason it's aggravating, because alot of member's put ALOT of time into reading, helping and contributing to this thread and meso. Ever heard of an apprentice? They get ripped by journey man. Well if that wasn't what you were doing then maybe you should think before you post stuff and reword it, because it sure sounded like it. Nobody gets free handouts in life, you have to earn everyone's respect just like me and everyone else does. There's no shortcuts. This forum is a great place to come learn....not to come ask dumb questions and then make a complete ass of yourself when everyone bashes you for asking a dumb question....and no matter what you were trying to do or what you meant to say or whatever other excuse you can come up with....you put that dumb post on the forum, it's in black and white and everybody saw it....now take your medicine from it like a big boy.....or get out of our neighborhood
