No your not but in this buisness it happens but I correct them immeaditly and I go though great lengths to do so. So they know that they are ok. Plus I'm doing everything I can to make sure There's never a big issue. The biggest UGL's have had the same issues it happens but thats doesnt mean it's over. My succes far outweighs the few issues.
