I know with reload you just call and put in your card number. It will tell you what the balance is on that card. I imagine since they are both visa it's pretty much the same thing.

Seems as I'm in the same boat as a lot of people, waiting for something that probably isn't going to show up. Order was paid for quite some time ago (I am well past the t/a time). Had some communication problems, which was expected. Finally thought it was all ironed out, and was told last week, it'd ship immediately. Mail has come and gone w/ nothing.
I also paid btc, and I'm sorry to say that I think we're both shit out of luck Odie. As far as I know, there are no "returns" on bitcoin.

There is no number for Greendot money pak! lolol getting effed in the A left and right today... i guess i will just hope for the best even though i feel like i am fucked.. hate to say it but it looks like i may have to use naps..my boy used them a year ago and had two detectives knock on his door once the pak touched down...

I am just surprised no one has picked up on the pattern, this is business as usual guys. If you order from astro, just assume it will be about a month for the stuff to land and don't expect him to communicate. Astro is not the right source for you if you want to order gear to use next week....I order for 6months out, that way even if it takes a month, doesn't bother me one bit.

Yes there is a number to call and find out if the moneypak has been loaded on to anything. It can be put onto a paypal acct, an AMEX SERVE card, account now and many other things. Your gonna have to know the number you scratched off. The site is moneypak.com
