That's why you guys should start a new thread brother. All of you can voice your issues there, it wouldn't be clutter up with all this other bullshit, and you guys can work together to figure out a solution. On top of that, it will show up on google searches so other people will see how/if astro resolves the issues and can better understand if they should be making an order with him or not. It seems like the only way to get this straightened out.
Either way, it was compromised. Doesn't matter if it was filter fibers or pubic hair. You just can't trust it.

This post may be out of left field but after reading and trying to catch up I thought I'd throw something out there. Those that remember when Astro first opened shop may remember he and I got to know one another out in the open right here in this thread. It was a pretty thorough sizing up session.
All the talk of "labels" brought me back to the beginning when part of Astros "Proof" that he was a legitimate brewer of good gear were pics he posted of things he had around the pad. One of the pics were stacks of Scirroxx labels on a coffee table. He had "A HA!" in quotes as if I could follow his thought patterns.
The labels were to be put on the little vials that were either sent separately or were made here in the states. Karl and Scirrox would ship from Europe in large jugs which would then be transferred to 10ml vials.
Do you guys remember there was the underfilling of 10ml vials by Scirrox that was a wide spread practice and not isolated as Karl would have had us believe. Astro was upset and felt he was being overworked by Karl. He way owed for his hard work.
He made a post where he finally admitted that he stopped sending out orders for Karl and took the gear he had and was going to sell it as his own. He had a Grand Opening Sale to kick off his reign.
He didn't even bother to switch labels or he used scrirroxx labels while the first generation astro labels were being produced. He was very proud! His first lick was very rewarding. Whatever discount or price he charged and collected was 100% profit. It was paid for by Karl.
How about when I started in on Astro about where he was going to get raws? This is/was what IU thought was going to make guys realize and understand what I was saying.
Once all the stolen gear from KArl and scirroxx was gone Astro was gonna be just like any other amateur home brewer. He had no connections. Well, that is no connection besides KArl , who he had burned. He had the same options as ShamrockBear and the rest of them. He claimed this wasn't the case and that he had the hook up.
We forced Astro to show me in private that he was working with a powder source that wasn't a complete nobody. I was sworn to secrecy to protect his source. Since he's openly admitted to using the source and used them as a scapegoat I feel I can tell my little story.
Astro showed me an invoice from BruceGroup. At the time, BG had just started to have big issues. There were some sources/labs using them. He wouldn't/couldn't show me any other powder suppliers because he put all his eggs in one basket. Again reminding us that he and Shamrock have the same options.
Some older members may remember that before ORD there were 2 or 3 kick ass suppliers of Raw powders. They had mass specs done and these guys were solid businessmen and friends of the community. These guys are impossible to find. Unless you were in with these guys before ORD you were gonna be on the outside looking in. Some of the old time UGL's still have them as suppliers.

The shell game causes confusion. Confusion helps to drag things out and limbo is not such a bad place to be if you're the source because there will be guys willing to wager coin which means cash, even if 15% of what it peaked at, is cash that the source wouldn't be taking in if a final decision was made.
The "Final Decision" I speak of would normally be made by staff. They would look at the facts as they see them presented to them by the sponsor/source and the customer. This makes it a easier on the members.
At meso, the member must be more disciplined and mature and decide for themselves when enough is enough. What say you, Meso members?
That is unless you were to convene a tribunal made up of a handful of memebers and perhaps an alternate or 2 in case a guy was sick or busted?

It certainly can't be. Even when a source is booted off a board for scamming or for not being able to meet that boards unique expectations as far as how issues are handled or perhaps they've changed their TA or return/replace policy.
There are even times when to get something settled staff has simply determined that the particular source just wasn't a good fit for that board.
However it's done, once their list has been pulled and the source is no longer an official sponsor some members always hang on and will attempt to do business with the source. Of course, since the source isn't officially a sponsor of that board, the customer/member no longer enjoys the backup and support of the board/staff and are on their own. Perhaps there have been instances when this arrangement works out for the members? I, of course only hear the crying of the members that get screwed raw and are laughed at for straying from the pack .

I'm now back home and able to check emails to send out any orders that were missed due ONLY to the loss of my mother.
The biggest mistake I made was giving someone else control of my operation while I attemted to take a break hence the other reaon Bioniche line was brought forth. I admit this wasn't a good decision on my behalf. Things have got way out of hand and I will not stop until this mess is cleaned. I will be the only one doing everything for the time being but I know this is the only way.

Where do you suppose we put him. He wouldn't have been around as long as he's been here anyplace else. He was birthed here...rolled over into a crawl and pulled himself up and took his first steps in one fell swoop.
I guess reddit may be willing to take him in? For the longest time he had no options as far as a homeboard goes. It was known that astro ripped off karl to get his opening inventory. BAck then I know Karl had the power to keep astro off and away from him if he so pleased. I don't know how Karl is perceived elsewhere? At meso he's just a liar with delusions of grandeur.
Astro has the same issues as the other ugls. They can't keep replacing product and giving extras and expect to exist/survive.....especially when they replace shit with shit.
I understand that these sources wish with all their might that they could give us gear made with raws that are 95% pure and would if they could. That doesn't make it ok to produce gear with shit cuz that's all they can find.
We've been inundated with less than savory characters. Guys that I wouldn't hang out with or have over the house. The more success they've had the more reprehensible they are as human beings. What does that say about us as a board? How about as individuals?

Honestly brother if I had a foolproof plan I would share it with the group. That's the problem, there isn't a way to actually resolve all these problems. It's to the point that I don't see how he doesn't just walk. To many problems to many replacements. Still nobody knows what the fuck is actually goin on. There comes a time you gotta cut your losses (customers ). I know that would suck for some but do you really wanna take a chance & run stuff that nobody even knows what it is. It's fuct up that a HAY GUYS I FUCKED UP hasn't been put out there even as a try to show some respect to the members.
