At what point do you feel the need to titrate up doses?

I’m on my third cycle. Just started 400 test 200 primo 3.3iu GH. Coming from a 6 month health phase on 200 test 3.3iu GH. 6’2 194lbs 12%. Looking to do a long term off season to slowly pack on mass. What metrics do y’all use for when to titrate up doses and by what margin?

Performance will dictate food and gear.

If you keep a logbook, once you stall you add 10% more carbs, then another stall, add some more gear and so on so on. Food gear food gear.

Increasing calories based on performance and weekly weigh ins has been my recent approach. Lowered the gear dosage and made more progress

Use your blood work for long blasts. Your current total load is 600mg. I usually go up by 100mg every 5 weeks until I have exceed my last blast total load by 100mg. Then I leverage training (effort) and food (quality) until I hit a sticking point. Then rinse and repeat (add 100mg drugs, increase training volume, add more calories)

However, I'm only on my 3rd blast also (well, since I have returned to AAS/PEDs) so what the fuck do I know. lol
