Looking to do a long term off season to slowly pack on mass.
Use your blood work for long blasts. Your current total load is 600mg. I usually go up by 100mg every 5 weeks until I have exceed my last blast total load by 100mg. Then I leverage training (effort) and food (quality) until I hit a sticking point. Then rinse and repeat (add 100mg drugs, increase training volume, add more calories)What metrics do y’all use for when to titrate up doses and by what margin?
1) Increase calories
2) If that fails, increase rest
3) If that fails increase gear
