1 plate each side - warm up
2 plates each side x 15
Same weight x 13
Same weight x 8 dropped to one plate and a quarter on each side and did 7 to finish set
1 plate 1 quarter on each side x 15 last 4 were sloppy

Flat hammer grip dumbbell presses

100lb x 8
120lb x 5
110lb x 6
90lb x 10

Shoulders
Incline dumbbell fly

Cable fly set high superset with push-up till failure

You might come back down depending on your wrists. Mine hurt so bad at 3iu a day. 2 seemed perfect. This is strong gh

Thanks brother. I like 2 for now I guess. The only thing I really notice is my sleep. But I’ve only been using it for 5 days. So maybe even the sleep is a placebo.
 
Welp came back from my hitch wanting to pull bloods but damn place was closed the day after thanksgiving until Monday so will have to wait for next days off to pull blood work in the mean time I did some arms.

Took a praetorian prework out pull called “Throwshit” if I can remember correctly it has 5mg halo 1mg methltren 5mg mythltest 25mg adrol.

I haven’t sent these pills in for any testing but could tell the pump was legit plus the extra gas in the tank through the workout

Here was my arm workout today

Same as above

Rope pulldowns
60lbx 40
30 sec rest 60lb x 20
30 sec rest 60lb x 18
Same as above but 20 reps
same as above till failure 23 reps

Preacher curl machine superset with bicep overload machine
50lb x 20/ 50lb x 10
60lb x 13/ 50lb x 7

Single over head tricep extensions superset with easy curl bar reverse grip tricep pulldowns
35lb 15 reps both arms 10 reps both arms 5 reps both arms = one set / 40lb x 40

40lb 10 reps both arms 5 reps both arms 2 reps both arms/ 50lb x 22

Arms are getting spun about now time some some dumbbells

Onslaught of curls
Isolating curls
15lb x 10 / 20lb x 10 / 25lb x 10 / 30lb x 8 / 35lb x 8 = one set
Same set but when I got to 35lb I stepped down to 20lb and failed out at 18 reps

Forearm cable curls
40lb x 50
50lb x 40
60lb x 27 failure
70lb x 20
80lb x 10 then dropped to 40lb and failed at 14

Donkey calf raises
200lb x 30x 3 / 4th set failure at 22

I pulled bloods yesterday to check all levels

I been testing a preworkout pill that has methltren and mythltest in it so want to see my liver and kidney values.

This will also see if my T4 levels have came back to normal.

Been doing a 500 routine the past week. I focus on a certain muscle group and hit 500 reps.

Goes like this
Back
100 reps each on 5 exercises

So you want to find out where you fail on rep 20-25 and then hit it and rest 10-15 sec and hit it again and replete until you hit 100 reps. Do this with 5 exercises. And that’s the workout

My whole body is sore as of today. Did back, chest, shoulders and arms so far doing legs tomorrow

Was good to see ya back in the gym. I am sure Saturday will knock the soreness out.

I called out every gym in the area!!! They some bitches if they don’t pull up and show up! Even got something planned for tomorrow. All that shit talking they been doing.... time to see what they about! I mean, we already whooped their ass with a 213lb’er in overall points!

Saturday if they show up I will be in full force shit talking mode. Cameras rolling and tequila will be consumed

I sub q 1.5 at 3am .. should I do another injection??
3 ius daily .. doing 1.5 am sub q and 1.5 pm intra muscular
Using Tren e also
