The 3 week results are 634

Pretty consistent from week to week

Pulling week 4 on Friday

Upping asin to eod we shall see how that treats me

Well it’s Memorial Day so the lab was closed today. Will get bloodwork done tomorrow. Gym was open and I haven’t been in 8 days due to work.

I do need to tighten up on my diet. This belly fat is killing the mojo!
