Alright guys watching alll the posts and giving my advice and opinion I decided to start my PL ROUTINE THAT GAVE ME SOME OF MY BEST PR'S .NOTE before anyone bashes my workout REMEMBER THIS is my WORKOUT DESIGNED BY ME FOR ME.. HERE WE GO....
Floor press we on smith why smith because it takes all the curve out and give you the most strict move I can get.. Fist day numbers are low intensity high..
