Back to Bodybuilding after 10 years off.

Sitting at 234lbs today up from 224.

I'm thinking about making this cycle 16 weeks. 8 weeks of clean bulking and 8 weeks of cutting. I've always bulked during a cycle but this dbol has me up 10 pounds in 10 days already. Very clean diet so it's all water. I would like to lose 16 pounds of fat, 2 pounds a week during the 8 week cut. It sounds reasonable especially since I have 20 grams of winstrol on hand. Will probably run winny for 6 weeks during the cut. I'll get some pics up this week, not a lot of strength gain but a quarter inch on the arms gain so far. Love that water weight!
 
Let the steroidspowder.com test c that failed the melt test sit in the fridge for 12 hours. I have never had gear crash on me before this test. You can leave it on its side and it just sits there like Jell-O. GSO 2% BA 4% BB 250mg/ml concentration. Here is the result.

Obviously I would recommend staying away from steroidspowder.com until I report the results of the test. First time I've had gear crash in the refrigerator.
 
FYI I have made test c @250mg/ml before in GSO and it didn't crash like this. Not sure what to think about this. Definitely not running it through my .22 filters and injecting. Any thoughts?
 
The word of the week is back-pump. Holy shit, dbol causes insane back pumps! I just bought 1000g of L-TAURINE to help combat this. Have upped my water consumption as well. 405 squat is almost within range, 405 deads are easy now. I am a big fan of dbol and can tell I am actually losing fat through all this water bloat. 3,300 calories per day 300g protein, 150 carb and 70 fat. I am 10 days in on my Test cycle and can just start to feel the effects, should be in full swing in another 10 days. 750mg/wk

As a follow up to my brewing post, I added BB until I got to 10% but the test c still crashed in the refrigerator. Looked up recipes online and 18%-20% is the normal BB amount... I am embarrassed to say that I was wrong, 10 years ago when I brewed a ton of test it was Test E at 2% BA 2%BB. My memory said Test C but that is obviously incorrect.

Ordered 100g Test E from panda along with Tren, Winny, Var, etc and will post my brewing as those come in.
 
End of 40mg/day dbol yesterday after only 25 days on. The back pumps are extreme, the bloat is epic. Time to ride this 750mg/wk test c by itself for a while. Even with AI dbol makes my face very bloated, I'm going to use anavar next round and see if I like the slow and stay gains better. Dbol was fun but since I'm already overweight it's not for me at this time.
 
2 weeks since my last update. I have been cutting hard, nearly 7,000 calories under maintaince every week or 2 pounds of fat per week. I weigh 238 still but am noticeably leaner in the midsection, I have easily dropped 4-5 pounds of fat while maintaining my bench and squat weights. Arms are still growing during this cut, currently at 17.25". Sometimes I feel like I am going to pass out from hunger, this cut is intense. I forgot what it was like to diet this hard, last time I did this I was 26 years old. I can't wait to be back to 12% BF. Going to cut another 2 weeks then switch back to a very clean bulk. I am trying to stay under 240 but muscle is just piling on still.
 
4 weeks of cutting is over, that was great.... really leaned up a lot. Back to clean bulk at 3300 cal a day. Started Tren A at 100mg EOD as well. This stuff is fantastic. Weight up to 242 in the morning and yet fat noticeably coming off even while clean bulking. I'm now wondering what it will take for me to get to my goal weight of 225 since I continue to gain weight and cut fat at the same time on this cycle. I know when I get off test I will lose 10 pounds of water making the cut down to 225 much more reasonable.

This cycle ended up being more of a recomp which works well for me since I had a higher body fat. I think just a bulk would have been too much mass and a cut would have been a huge waste. I'll get some pictures up soon showing my transformation.

Some side effects that I get from Tren:
Reduced cardio
Waking every 2 hours at night
Increase body temperature resulting in additional sweating
Appetite has increased exponentially but desire for bad food is not there easy to eat very clean.
 
Took some updated back pictures today and was slightly discouraged until I came back into this thread and looked at my previous pictures. I have definitely added a lot of mass and cut a lot of fat. This is definitely a marathon, God only knows how many more years I have to go until I'm somewhat satisfied with my physique. I'm having a lot of fun along the way though! What a great lifestyle!

Nice man, can still see you gained some good size under those layers of insolation. Have you been to the rock gym yet at this weight? Could only imagine the fore-arm pump on dbol!

No indoor climbing lately but a little outdoor 5.9 stuff, nothing crazy. My climbing partners either all moved away or got too fat like me. Age is a bitch!
At 240 I would be ripping pro out if I ever fell. Toprope only at that weight haha.
I did some trad climbing at 217 and it was OK, definitely still too heavy... I have to choose between climbing and bodybuilding at this point in my life. Once I went on cycle I was up to 230 and then after adding HGH I was at 240 so a lot of water weight. I am cutting hard right now, 1910 calories a day 210 protein still. Really really want to get this fat off before my cycle ends. The Tren is burning the fat off like crazy, magical stuff.
 
I wish I had a more accurate way to measure bodyfat on a weekly schedule. I am having to use calipers and the mirror which is not really accurate since I am holding so much water from Test C and HGH. I would estimate that I am at 18% down from 25% when I started this cycle. Its so hard to tell. I'll get some front shots of me this week so some people can take a guess.

Here is some random BF% pics from the net. To be quite frank I feel that a lot of these are pure BS. Especially the ones at 10% with no abs.

Man I could of swore I posted this last week but ...
I had almost hit 180 this winter (first time getting fat) and climbing was miserable, my ring tendons were ready to pop.
But keep those numbers that low and you be hitting your goal weight no problem.

I am 6'1" sitting right at 240 lbs in this picture. Arms are 17.75" flexed for height/size reference.

I don't feel like I look 240 in this picture, I still feel very small. The Test/Tren cycle completely recomped my body, it was an amazing cycle. I went from a fat little fuck to somewhat athletic at 240. My next goal is to cut to 225 while increasing my arms to 18" flexed. This will probably take 6 months or more but I am enjoying this marathon. I have no plans for another cycle, I am in PCT right now and will be taking 4 months off at a minimum.
 
PCT has been over for a while and now. I understand why so many of you Blast and Cruise. That Clomid is a real bitch, acne everywhere, night sweats, all sorts of sides.

My bloods came back, test at 515 so "within normal range" but hormone replacement doctors around here are recommending 1200 ng/dl so I am at 42% of where I need to be... at least according to them. Others have stated that 700 is ideal for my age but even then I am low. I am seriously considering going on TRT and maintaining around 1000 ng/dl for health.
 
I kept most of my gains, I can lift the same weight or more on the big 3 lifts. My bench actually increased from 315 to 335 after PCT was over. The HGH was dropped at the end of the cycle and I went down to 219, well below the 225 I was shooting for. Here are some pics of me 4 weeks after PCT was over at 219 pounds. All the back muscle that was gained stuck, my on-cycle pics are just above this one on this page. You can see the lower back acne caused by Clomid during PCT. I had 0 acne during the cycle, it sucks. At least pool season is over.
