Tbh mate I think you're doing everything right so far and it's not often I say that!

  • You know you need to get lean (personally I'd say go sub 10%)
  • You've got bloods done
  • You're taking progress pictures
  • You're increasing strength (personally I'd restrict to rep PRs)

You'll be fine mate.

Thanks brother, yeah I need to cut badly, at least to 12% I have never been sub 10%, that would be amazing.
I am going on vacation in a week and will be gone for 2 weeks (Going to Cuba so hopefully I am not kidnapped and gone longer lol) When I get back I am going to cut down to 12%.... according to my estimates that is 16 pounds of pure fat :(
