Balls hanging low?

Did 500 MG test e Tren e 13 weeks.

Came off waited two weeks did pct clomid nolva ED normal doses 4 weeks.

My balls haven’t hung since I started cycle. Like the sack has been up there right. Today for the first time in a long time they’re hanging low and the sack is soft again. Is this a sign of anything?
