I was sitting right at 240 basically since 12 weeks out and we are currently 9 weeks out, changes were happening constantly but there was definitely some underlying water retention or something of the sort, and I think also just a decent amount of recomping was done as I was at 250g protein a day and still eating fairly high cals, just this past week have things really gotten low at all with low days being 2100 cals and training days being more like 2500It’s insane the change you made with just 9lbs lost. You looked pretty damn soft at 247, looking good here. I’d have guessed a lot more lost than that.

My coach is online mostly just cause distance but I’m seeing him next week for in person tweaks and such, I do at least 15 minutes post workout every workout but trying to do longer sessions nowAwesome man, great knowing you found a coach who knows what they’re doing when weightloss stalls or body response gets tricky. Have you found a posing coach yet being that you’re 9 weeks out? How often are you practicing posing? You’ve got a great physique but getting that posing perfect could mean the difference between 4th and 1st place

Just test and mast, no plans to add clen or anything for this show, I’m going to try to add one thing every prep instead of just doing the laundry list all at onceI may have missed it but any changes to PEDs? I saw 350 test 350 mast, is it still the same at 9 weeks out with no clen, t3, etc?

I was veiny as fuck and matched my strength on most movements if not lifted more on some of them, but the main thing is I was getting crazy cravings so we made some changes to add some volume and varietyReplacing the rice with fruit is interesting. That would surely affect your pumps and performance in gym no? What was the reason behind the swap?
