Be clear: sterile filtration will NOT remove coronaviruses from finished or semi-finished gear.

So why all the fearmongering here @master.on ?
Because:

1 Bodybuilders are INJECTING drugs into their bodies, thus bypassing all the defense mechanisms.

2 The drugs come from the same country where the epidemic is located, China.

3 They are illegal drugs thus there are no quality control measures to ensure gear is virus free.

4 Most juicers buy from re-resellers, thus several hands have "touched" the raws increasing the infection potential.

5 Sterile filtration won't remove viruses.

6 We don't know if warming finished gear would actually "kill" the virus.

7 Most juicers won't even take simple, common sense measures to avoid potentially infected gear.
 
Supposedly a 9 day surface life for this virus. Shelf your raws for a few months.

My method is to sterilize all my beakers and glassware in a pressure cooker with distilled water for 1 hour. Place beakers and vials upside down on baking pan lined with tin foil along with lids and spoon and cook at 400 F for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool.

When I brew I warm the oil to 160 F, add powder to displacement target and cook at 150 F for two hours, than add BB, BA, run it through my filters, fill vials, cap, insert vent needle and cook at 150F for 40 minutes until hot. There's no virus that is gonna be viable with this.

Sterilizing is a labor intensive process, most home brewers probably do a shit job of it.
