Belly bloat help

For gut biome I drink about 8-10 oz of kombucha a day. Has more beneficials than yogurt, easy to brew at home it’s just sugar and black tea that sits for 30 days. When it’s done right it taste like vinegar and has no sugar left so your just drinking strait benifitial bacteria.

That may help with the gut rebuild efforts? Also a little bit of vinegar before meals aids digestion greatly. Whey is predigested so it’s very easily absorbed, maybe some meals focused around whey? I do a keto cereal, whey protein and cottage cheese meal at least once a day.

This is a quality point. At one time I was making home made kefir and that did indeed help a lot. Kefir has up to 12 different strains and as much a a trillion bacteria per glass. Potent and simple to make, though takes a bit to understand maintaining cultures once established

For you maybe carnivore diet would be an interesting idea.
I cant relate to your pain and other age related problems as i am young but for me carnivore has completely eliminated any belly bloat at all.
Before carnivore, I used to be very bloated in the stomach area, specially after eating carb-heavy meals.
Carnivore is also rumored to help with joint pain and autoimmune conditions in some people.

It does sound more like a cycle then a cruise imo, but to each your own
Yep. To some this would be a cycle.

Bear in mind it is Test U (efficacy) and as you get older your body doesn’t seem to as efficiently use hormones.

In my late 20s this would have been a starter cycle. In my late 40s this is more of a high cruise.

It really depends on the muscle tissue you have built/accrued and the amount you wish to retain during your cruise, alongside age and a host of other individualistic biological factors.

So for me, this is a very reasonable cruise dosage and candidly has not had a negative impact. (EKG, bloodwork, etc)

It’s semantics really, and a foolish debate.

Much like the broad argument that PEDs will result in early death. Maybe for some. (Generally those that abuse other substances as well or do _massive_ doses… though even then it is often linked to recreational drugs and/or diuretics)

However, statistics suggest you are much more likely to die from non PED related issues such as cancer, stroke, accidents, violence, _sugar_, diabetes, and a host of other challenges that come with out environment and processing of modern foods.

So potato potahto… or as I say… Six of one half dozen of the other.

I'm drinking kombucha as well.

Little back story. I'm an experienced user of aas (over 50 yrs old). I have a good number of cycles under my belt. Last few years i just cruise with a blast once or twice a year. I suffer from very little to no sides when using test, just belly bloat. Sustanon is my favorite ester combo. I'm also a type 2 diabetic so insulin use and insulin resistance adds to my belly bloat issue. Doesn't matter if it's 800mg or 200-400mg, belly bloat is always an issue.
So my question is about the dreaded belly bloat. I know e2 is to blame but every time I use an AI my e2 crashed even on low doses and I feel like shit. I've used tren a a few times in the past and it's been the only compound that eliminated the bloat. I did about 280mg tren a with 250 test.
This was from homebrew tren a from cattle pellets.
I recently started a blast of 420 test, 350 mast p, and 280 tren a. I'm almost a week into the cycle and I'm noticing slightly less bloat in the morning but the moment I eat anything...bam!
I can't take tren a indefinitely. And this is my first go with mast p. I'm hoping this combo will be the secret recipe.
Maybe from here my cruise dosages can be 1:1 test and mast?
Any insight from others with this issue would be a great help. Yes, I well aware poor diet can contribute to bloating. I've tried it to no avail.
Just throwing this out there, but have you looked into gluten.

No, maybe I should
Absolutely. Stay strict, strict, strict for a minimum of three months. It could take that long for it to be out of your system. Keep in mind that it is in just about everything (used as thickeners, etc), so you really need to watch what you eat. Try to eat fresh everything. Also, something that says gluten free, doesn't really mean it's gluten free. It's just below a certain ppm, so you have to be careful there too.

I'll ask my doc for a blood test. I don't think this is it but worth checking. Diabetes, I know is the main culprit. I was diagnosed with it back in 2016. I'm Sure I lived with it for a year or 2 prior.

Belly has gotten a little better just cleaning up diet, being active again ( well best I can), and the kombucha is helping. I need to reduce food intake for a while to give the belly a break. I haven't gotten to that point yet. It's a mental barrier. I love being 248lbs lol.

This cycle has already been amazing and I'm only about 4 weeks in. Test p and mast p are an awesome combo. Water retention has been greatly reduced...no subcutaneous water retention or face bloat anymore. Muscles are more defined and hard.

That was my last blast. This was me a few weeks ago. Should be just a few more weeks and I'll be back to that pic then hopefully adding a little more. I've been completely out of the gym for about 1 1/2 yrs and just taking a cruise dose. Finally able to get back in the gym due to chronic pain issues.
I’m 50+ and deal with bloat also but it comes and goes and not sure what’s causing it. I may go a week at 185 with vIsual bloat in midsection. and then the following week weight may drop to 175 and mid section looks lean. This happens in the context similar diet and training week to week. I’m experimenting with various digestive aides ( betaine and digestive enzymes)to see if makes difference

Hopefully not. I don’t wish it on anyone.
Just know that you could get a false negative. I don’t know what type of doctor you have, but most regular medical doctors aren’t very good with celiac. However, Wellness doctors are very good with it. (Every doctor in the group will probably jump on me now, but sorry guys, unfortunately it’s true.) Hopefully you’ll find out what’s causing the issue, but in the end, if you still wind up with no answers, try my suggestion.
Also, I don’t know if you take BPC, but that helps with the gut.

BPC. I can attest to this particularly concerning ulceration or GERD. Was like a light switch in my case

I would get terrible bloat especially after eating or training hard. I started eating slow and using a timer, nothing worked. After a painful flare up and a trip to the ER it turned out I have diverticulitis (hereditary)
I suggest having your GI run every test possibly

Ask your doc to run a "comprehensive" blood test. It's around 16 pages. This way you can find out if you have other imbalances too. My regular doc doesn't run them, but my wellness doc does.

Would this include a hormone panel...don't need any of that to set my doc off.
