So my wife wants to get her figure back ..but would like some assistance to kick her in the ass to burn that body fat ..after two children she almost feels the goal is unattainable ..can someone recommend a boost to get her moving in the right direction .. serious answers please ..hardwork and determination aside we are also looking for extra assistance.

There really aren't very many fat burners that don't carry sides and those same fat burners really don't do a lot unless you're getting into some advanced drugs.

The only one I would suggest is ECA stack. It's pretty neutral on sides, helps lower appetite and does it's job. It's also not bad for a beginner, as it sounds like your wife might be.

Aside from that, I would strongly suggest a trainer of some sort. This will take a ton of guess work out of the equation and it'll be a good support system to remove the "unattainable goal" mindset. When you watch a good coach really push someone and keep them motivated and then see the trainee making that progress week after week... It's much more powerful than any fat burner, and that's coming from someone that's taken just about every fat burner in existence.

Thank you bro eca is what exactly ?sorry I've been off the game myself but I'm on my way back to the old me I'm on a mission to better both of us .

Used to love the ECA stack (Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin)

I went hard on the ECA back in the day (maybe 12 or 14 years ago.)

It does the job, but I just don't feel healthy on it.

What about a combination of caffeine, albuterol, and yohimbine? I've never tried Pareto's Helios, but they have it dosed at 40mg caffeine, 2.5mg albuterol, 2.5mg yohimbine.

I think HGH is hands down best fat burner out there.. ECA stack is good.. i m waiting raw clen and raw Yohimbine to make them injectable like Helios.. in a low dosage i think Clen too can be suitable to women.. a low dosage Every third day of t3 too.. anyway i would go for a coach that trained women

for the T3 i used it 2 days on 2days off at low dosage but I think even 1 on 2 off at low dosages could be effective and safe..

Tamoxifen too is used but a women is more complicate than a man so its better not fucking around... example.. a coach i was under his guidance by told me women shouldnt use peptides HGH secretagogues like GHRP6 and CJC1295 because they act in the hypophysis and dont remember how could them mess up with some female hormones.. but, the less the heart is stressed in a woman the best would be i think... maybe i ll avoid clenbuterol and ephedrine if not under a very realiable guidance, based on real experience

Eat in a slight carb deficit, add a little extra cardio, time when the carbs are being used and what carbs are being eaten.

ECA is what I would recommend to my wife prior to anything else extracurricular. I recently used mk677 for two months and without any working out or tightening of the diet I did recomp a bit, very much bro science so tifwiw but I do believe it did.

My thoughts are dialed in nutrition, real effort in the cardio section of life and maybe a little extra like eca or something easy on the body and most of us can get to where we want to go. Now, are we talking menopause time frame in life? That may hinder her ability some. Hormones are a bitch

Thanks guys I really appreciate all the sound advice. U guys are right it's diet then the gym.i will look into the supplement you guys tipped off on and go from there we are still young so we have no excuse to not work hard ..again I appreciate All of y'all's input

If she's wanting something to give her the edge, for a beginner, ECA is the way to go. Old school fat burner and works well. Most women battle wacky hormones which change daily.... Hell, hourly! Lol so having something that gives her energy, curbs appetite and cravings but still gets her going like the ECA, is the way to go.
I'd stay away from clen or anything else. If anything, a little more advanced would be a combo of T3 and Albuterol but not as her first beginner option.

Why dont you recomend Albuterol for women?

I personally love the stuff for a nice little edge and to prevent muscle loss on a deficit... but I'm not a woman.... lol

I love Albuterol and I love ECA. I tend to lean towards ECA as the first go for beginners, after if they want to get their feet wet more, then Albuterol with T3. That's my go to combo. I HATE Clen and Albuterol is so much easier on the sides and no cracked out feeling like with Clen. I find that starting a first timer with ECA gives "familiar feelings" (coffee energy boost for example) versus Albuterol where you don't know what to expect. I guess I base it on each person and their situation.
