That they found so much contamination in organic and plant prot powders is concerning.
A veggie source, the plant would absorb chemicals from the soil.
So dairy has less contamination.
Even with all the cows are fed.
Maybe also because it ends up being processed in a different way than the plant ones?
It's not great when they conduct these tests and do not name the products, though.
It ends up being not as useful as it could be and too vague for people to take notice.

That deal you posted is ever so good, for isolate.

I just watched this the other day it came up as a recommended video.

I’ve easily consumed a few hundred pounds of whey in my life. Now I’m a little older I just try and steer clear of it as much as possible enless I’m desperate and in a pinch. So I do still keep a 5 pound bag and shaker cup handy.

Even though I make my own protein kind of shake these days that I feel is a bit better for my gut, fat free lactose free milk and liquid egg whites with a scoop of chocolate or strawberry nesquick powder. It’s still actually pretty low in carbs and calories, and high in protein, and tastes better than any protein powder I’ve ever tryed.

Sounds like something that would agree with my constitution. Thanks for the protip.

I've had probably 100 of the larger whey containers over the last 15 years too.... Kidneys are crazy organs to process that shit.

neat video that led into an ad for a start up

OK, but does that mean that by acknowledging the plug for the food/supplements analytical company right at the end, you also dismiss all that came prior to that and the data/info relayed does not carry any validity, as a result?

Over the years I have learned to watch prices and wait for Black Friday and Cyber Monday and then buy for the whole year when the discounts are real.

However, the best price I ever paid was years ago when a group of mates and I contacted a bulk powder manufacturer and bought 100kg of unflavoured 91% protein.

Big sale on Dive bars. Taste pretty good + 90 mg caffeine, 500 mg taurine, 7 g fibre.

Kinda low on protein (16 g) but still works out to a decent price per gram of protein with the sale and promo code PRESIDENT22.
