i think it'd be more productive to talk about MW, his practices, what's he's doing to make it right, customer feedback, etc then for us to talk about naked women all the time.

this was the exact observation ive made countless times about new members who get shit on for "not reading and doing their research, go read x,y, z thread". can you really blame these members who dont want to read through 50 pages when pages 4-7, 10-15, 21-27, etc etc are all completely off topic, but maybe there's a hidden gem of information in there, but of course you have to wade through all the bullshit.

In all fairness to your concern i know nothing, the main reason I posted a pic was to diffuse and change the topic from tubesox posting something he might regret tomorrow while being drunk. I think it was a win win situation for everyone on the board.

I agree, I'm just saying that from a different perspective I can see why some new members don't read 50+ pages. Is there good information? Yes. But can we absolutely blame them for not reading astro/spetz? No. Just giving a different perspective

Also, another observation I've made, I'm not sure if this is true with everybody, but I feel like most new members only read the last few pages of a thread. For a source, if there see everything is good and happy then they think "ok this guy might check out". The long ass hammer thread comes to mind, I bet he's getting tons of business just by getting exposure, fuck that.

Realistically can we hold their hand and walk them through how to read threads and ID "good" and "bad" sources? No. But I don't like leaving them to the ventures either.
