Big boy Cycle

So I did chest triceps and biceps today did 3 workouts for arms and 4 for chest. 1 hr. relly slow movement and was a good one.

I am growing. I think 250 is realistic this time. I am at 240. so thats 15 pounds so far. I am eating a lot. I know its not all muscle, but I needed some more size.I will hav e pics at end. It will be a solid couple of pics. I am the heaviest I have ever been.

I pin tren Ed 6 or 5 times a week. I pin 200 mg cyp 2x a week. eating 300 g protein, 500 cartbs, and 120 fats. Def racking in more though.
 
So I see a very little tummy on the lower section of my abs. I have never been fat in my life. So its different. I have been eating so fucking much. I didnt lift yesterday but am going to today. I am doing back and something else.

I am not pinning today either.

yesterday I pinned tren A 100 and 400 mg of test E. I am doing my test E injections once a week now. I am using a lot of pins. Thinking about doing 200 mg of tren eod instead of ed becasue I am low on pins also.
 
Yes I have done the same thing.

I did 20 sets. But I tried this routine that I combined with this other guy thats huge at my gym.

So 10 sets of chest press superset with 10 sets of back row. With strict 30 sec rest between each set and superset. 20 reps down to 8 by last set. Increasing weight each lift/set. It was killer
So..
Chest press set 1-20 reps- 30 sec rest
Back row set 1- 20 reps- 30 sec rest
Chest press set 2-19 reps 30 sec rest
Back row set 2-19 reps- 30 sec rest
continue to
Chest press set 20-8 reps-30sec rest
Back row set 20-8reps-30 sec rest

this should equal 20 minutes approx, even with slow 3-4 second lifts. 2sec up 2 sec down.

You increase weight each set by one plate or 5-10 lbs. I am so sore today.

I did this again with 5 set workouts making 20 working sets for back and 20 working sets for flys. 3 workouts for each.

I know you know what your doing, but I was getting bored with my routine. I am going to be doing this for one of the 2 times I hit chest and back each week. I willl do it once for legs, and once for arms. I workout each muscle 2x a week.
 
Did legs today.

I did leg extension
Hammy curls
sitting calves.
Calve press
Leg press 2 sets
squats 5 sets of 225 for 8 reps each. This killed me.
3 sets abductor,
3 set adductor

I felt terrible aftert hose squats. I didnt eat enough carbs before. So had no energy after the squats.that is a PR for me though with that weight amount of reps and sets.

I pinned 100 mg tren.
 
I did legs 2 days ago with mainly squats, yesterday I did traps, chest, and upper back.
Today I did legs but with maily

hammy curls
Leg extension
adductor
abductor
calf press
sitting calf
leg press

I did 6 sets of each with 10-20 reps

Havent pinned anythingin 2 days I will pin 400 test and 200 mg tren tomorrow.
 
So I pinned 200 mg test and 200 mg of tren. I have to get bloods in 4 weeks and I need my bloods to be in range. So I am going to stop pinning and only do 50 mg/ml per week for now on..
 
took tiniest hit of pot and ste way way to much yesterday eas 5000-5500 cals.

But that being said before yesterday when I did that I was 234. So I am going to be 240 very soon. Cutting test C of of cycle. I pinned 400 mg last week and 200 mg test C friday.
So I am not using test C for 1 month cause I am getting bloods have to be in range on bloods.

I am lifting today I think arms.

Pinning tren and test tn or tomorrow. Running low on syringes. Also got a new job, so gunna have to really workout carfeul since its a bluecollar job thats more lifting and stuff.
 
took 2 week off but pinned 300 mg tren those 2 weeeksl. Now back to 700 mg a week for 6 weeks with little test.

I did chest shpulders, and back/

Have no test in 2 weeks still on tren 600.
 
What's your body fat percentage ?
Yea now I think i cut 1-2 bf but lost 10 lbs. I am owed another bodt scan for free otherwise they are like 50 dollars for 2 scans. So I am going to wait until after I am done with tren which is 25 amps then ill see. It tells you all body measurments also.

Incline chest 8 sets
regular chest 8 sets
sllight incline 8 sets

bicep 8 sets
hammer 8 sets
reverse 8 sets
cable curls 8 sets

Each with 10-20 reps.

So you did 8 sets of 10-20 reps for incline, flat and slight incline? Then 8 sets of 10-20 reps of curls, hammers, reverse and cable curls? You're doing 80-100 reps per exercise?

yea. when hitting set 6-8. I am at 6-7 reps. At set 1 at 15-20 reps
It's similar to the 10 set-10 rep workout.

Jesus. I can't imagine the logic behind this, but, if it works for you.... Keep doing it I guess. I personally believe 3-4 feeder sets working up to your 8 rep max, then 1 set of failure around 8-10 reps is best. Follow that with 1 set of failure weight that's around 12-15 reps and on to the next exercise. 8 sets of the same weight with diminishing reps really makes no sense to me, at all.... Why are you doing "conditioning" training? Especially not on gear...? Lift HEAVY for 8 or so reps, hit failure and move on to a new exercise...
