So here is a better pic. The other ones were garbage. I am 232 6 foot 1 at 14 percent bf.

@ wunderpus I took your advice the workout I did is down below. I was doing a lot alot of reps. But I still think it did work, but now I plateued and need a change.

Quads are my main muscle hitting today. Secondary is calves and hammys.following the 8,8,8,8,8,12 reps

Quad extension 70,100,140,170,200,170. I never went above 150. I did all 8 times. except last for 12 like @Wunderpus said.
Hammy curls 60,70,80,90,120,100. I never went above 80 before. But then again I was doing 15 reps.
Calve horizontal 170,210,230,270,300,270. Never went above 230.
Leg press Close and down feet 140,180,220,250,300,250. Like the others never went above 170.
Front squats bar,135,145,155,185,225 for 5,185 for 8
One legged quads ada ada, same shit. More weight
Sitting calve 2 plates, 2 plates and 25, 3 plates, 3 plates and 10, 3 plates
 
had a great workout yesterday.
I did chest and triceps.

CHEST
4 chest bench machine at 4 different inclines. All 8,8,8,8,12. I did the hole stack most of the time on flat, then almost all stack for rest.

TRICEPS
Rope
Dumbell skull crushers
One handed rope
Reverse grip pushdown

Had a good workout, Gunna do back and biceps today.
 
Oficially am done with all compounds. Havent took any compouncs in 1 weeks for tren and test 3 weeks ago. After I get bloods done next week or 2. I am cruising at 200 mg. I am trying to get test real from doc. so my test levels are gunna be low next dr app. which is then. I will be looking into a spring into summer cut. Starting in april or may. So I will be liekly doing EQ and primo/masteron. Depnding on what I find. Also using anavar or winny. Should be a nice cut. But I want to cruise and get all bloods in line its about time. I am happy where I am for a cruise and gunna cruise.

Next cycle in arpil/may. Thought???

Test 500-750
EQ 600-1000
Primo 700 or masteron at 700-800 mg

Should be fun.
 
OK SO took bloods yesterday after not taking any compounds for 8 weeks. Now I am gunna do 1000 mg a week of test only cycle. I hope it is good. I am at 220 without any compounds for 8 weeks.
 
I am stil lifting, I have been doing 750 mg a week of test. Going to up it to 1000 mg soon.

I did back and biceps 2 days ago and chest triceps and quads yesterday.
 
pinned 500 mg test sunday and 500 mg test today.

I did back and arms tuesday. I did chest and shoulders wednesday. And legs yesterday. I will take a day off and then do arms.
 
Grabbing deca at 600-750 mg for 15 weeks. Is DBOL or adrol better for this?
anadrol 50 mg 7 weeks. Same price 40 mg dbol 7 weeks. Or 50 for 5.
 
So doing trt levels now until I get my deca and dbol. I am gunna run Deca at 600 for 15 weeks then end with NPP for 3 weeks. 18 weeks al together.

Running DBOL at the end with theNPP and 30 mg for 4 weeks.

Test will be at 500-750 mg not sure yet.
 
So I am starting to workout harder so when I get my cycle I am going into it full force.

I will lift 6 days a week. I am going to stretch 2-3 x a week. I just did today for 30 min. today is my off day since its my gf's bday. :)

I have my usual workout routine, which is to not workout the same muscle with 48 hrs of last worked out. It eventually turns into a constant weekly routine, where legs are tues and friday. arms are mon and sat, and back and chest is in there 2x a week.

So I am 220 lbs. Going on a DBOl DECA TESt cycle like stated before.

Should be here soon.

One other goal is to come off suboxone by june. by my birthday. Tapering a quarter a month until the last little bit when it gets hard, I will figure it out then.
 
I use 100 mg of t4 always for regular levls. Think I am going to up it to 200 mcg during this time for more energy and less fat.
 
Took 50 mg dbol passt 3 days.

Did chest and back today.
5 sets of 6-10 reps

Ok so I have lifted yesterday the last 2 days I couldnt make it cause I didnt have a ride.

Also I have gained 10 lbs
I lost 30 pounds before this cycle but still kept a lot of muslce. I cut.
I gained 10 but not from the compiunds this was when they were kicked in. Now I feel them and get a great pump from the DBOL

I am going to hit 240 again and bulk as clean as I can. All protein is from food. no protein shakes. 225 g protein
I will have a prtotein shake soon making my protein then 275 g With 300g carbs for now incresing to 400. Hitting 70 g fat.

No junk food at all.
 
Lifting with someone else who is doing a test TRT level and a anavar cycle.
I said I will get him to lose 20 lbs in the four weeks of anavar. He has cut each meal in half. Pretty much, trying to get most carbs before lifting.

20lbs in 4 weeks...? Sounds like someone should've lost a few before resorting to AAS.
