Ok. Thanks, but I know. I thought it was fibro. But it doesnt seem like it. I have had it for 7 years, and my right nipple is 90 percent gone just being on ADEX. My left is not. So I am going to give ralox a try first because I dont want surgery. I think 60 mg for two weeks or 3 weeks. And then 30 mg for the rest.

Also I think since it is gyno from puberty there is more of a chance that is can dissapear.

No, sorry. If it is true gyno not pseudo gyno it is permant tissue. Surgery is only option. You might be able to reduce it slightly
 
I lifted today.

I a pinned my last deca 600 also. Also 500 EQ, 200 Tren E, 300 Test E and 75 mg adrol.

I did 5 exercises for chest
I did 3 shoulder exercises
I did 3 calf exercises

I had a great 1 hr and 30 min lift.

I am going to do yoga tomorrow morning and take my 50 mg adrol.

I weigh 225

I will lift tomorrow either back or legs.
 
I took 50 mg anadrol and 200 mg of tren. Hopefully this stuff will kick in soon. I am waiting..
 
I took 50 mg anadrol This morning. Feeling some increase in strength finally.

I did arms abs quads and calves.

I did 5 sets of 8-12

Slow movements

3 Calf workouts
3 Quad workouts
2 Bicep workouts
3 Tricep Workouts

Feel real good after this one. Hit PR for leg press at 630 and did it 10 times. I could load it up but no point. IDC about pr's. Just wainting for the tren, I way 220.
 
SO I took my 50 mg adrol...

In the morning did yoga/stretching 2x today for 30 min each which is an hr. I did 30 min of cardio in afternoon. I did 1 hr 10 min of lifting at night.

I weigh 227, looking more shredded though lossing some puffiness. I would say that is the anadrol at work. Looking foward for tren and EQ to hit.

All were 5 sets except is say otherwise. 8-12 reps All of these were basically supersetted, with last set a drop. Sort of like a circuit.

chest press
lower chest machine fly
upper chest cable fly
pec dec
inner upper chest machine fly

I did shoulders
ohp dumbell
side raises
ohp machine
reverse pec dec high placement for hitting rear delts 7 sets - felt amazing

I did traps
Shrugs machine standing
Shrugs machine sitting
Shrugs dumbell standing

I did forearms
From dumbell shrugs felt good there
Reverse grip curls
Reverse grip forearm "crunch or raises, iguess you can call it"

Really felt good. I dont usually do shoulers. It was pretty light weight same reps but hardly any rest periods.

I feeling good too.

100 fat

No sugar xcept post workout for simple carbs for muscle.
 
Do you have gyno in just one nipple, or is the other one hard and you can't tell?
Right now is it one nipple that is a quarter size lump.

My other nip has a pea size lump but used to be a quarter size. I always have had puffy nips since I was little.

Sucks, I had a bit from puberty as well. I saw you won't consider the surgery? I do... That way I won't have to ever worry about it. Maybe I'll do it next year.
 
What type of spit is it that your doing?
Was this suppose to say split? I dont do a normal split.

I sort of do anterior lifts and posterior lifts.

Chest and with squats/quads and abs.(Front of body)
Back and hammys and calfs(Back of body)
Shoulders squats and arms ( Rest of body)

Or If I havent done a body part in 2 days I do that one. I will never work a muscle 2 consecutive days.

I have been aiming for squats 2x a week. And basically every body part 2x a week. Except shoulders and arms.
