I did. Ralox cut it by about 50%. Not to sound rude, but mine wasn't quite as severe as yours... Try ralox and growing as well as leaning your lower chest.That would be a last resort...surgery. I guess you tried other means to get rid of it?

Having the surgery myself, the down time wasn't terrible. I scheduled my deload to account for the first week and I was able to be back in the gym at the end of week two with light chest exercises. 4 weeks out from surgery I was able to go at about 80 percent. From there I slowly increased and about 6 weeks post surgery I was comfortable with going 100 percent.This is going to fucking suck
