I will be lifting chest back and legs, following my new schedule. Thenthe next day is arms and shoulders. then back and forth. Working each muscle 3x a week. I have been eating good too. Staying same weight but looking good. When this is over I should be happy with results.
well I did tren E 400 and EQ 500 in glutes that 3cc.Hows pip pinning all that gear at once?
I lifted heavy today. Each was 5 sets with 6-10 reps. except chest since I went heavy two days ago I did hypertrophy at 10-16 reps. I can PR in squats but I am not going to. My PR is 300. I dont do one reps though. I dont even do less then 3 reps. I hit 235 for 8,6,5 which is a pr there. I am hitting new PR's on everything. But not worth the risk for one rep PR's and I dont have a spotter. I rather build muscle with the higher rep ranges. Not doing powerlifting.

I did in the beggining of this cycle, for 6 weeks. KI started feeling like I was doing way to many sets and workouts, so now changing it up. It feels good. And i have seen people have great results with this type of lifting.I was just thinking that you dont do very many sets per body part, then i remembered you work each muscle group 3x PW.
Anyway, workout looks good, keep pushin!!!!
