Big boy Cycle

Was just curious.. this is my first with eq
yea i dont need to donate, and I cant anyway due to suboxone.

But get bloods and determine then. Once EQ or compound is done things go back to normal I beleive. I like EQ.
 
Going to the gym today after court.

I took 120 mcg of clen and pinned 300 mg of mast. From now on I am doing 150 mg of mast ed.

So I have 3-4 weeks left of tren and EQ. So niw I am starting mast P and E mix, to overlap and finish this part. Then I will have 7 days of the cycle left which I will start winny.

I am losing body fat from the clen. I can see it in my stomch.

I am taking AI .5 eod. And ralo ed and 60 mg.

I did the first part today I went real heavy for max of 8 reps and low as 6 reps. Faster movements now. I took 60 mcg prw workout and 120 mcg in morning.

Hmmer lat machine- 3 plates each side only 3 sets had to go ride was there

I will be lifting chest back and legs, following my new schedule. Thenthe next day is arms and shoulders. then back and forth. Working each muscle 3x a week. I have been eating good too. Staying same weight but looking good. When this is over I should be happy with results.

I lifted heavy today. Each was 5 sets with 6-10 reps. except chest since I went heavy two days ago I did hypertrophy at 10-16 reps. I can PR in squats but I am not going to. My PR is 300. I dont do one reps though. I dont even do less then 3 reps. I hit 235 for 8,6,5 which is a pr there. I am hitting new PR's on everything. But not worth the risk for one rep PR's and I dont have a spotter. I rather build muscle with the higher rep ranges. Not doing powerlifting.

I ate 250 protein 400 carbs and 150 fats. I did not count calories so its probably 3000-4000

I did in the beggining of this cycle, for 6 weeks. KI started feeling like I was doing way to many sets and workouts, so now changing it up. It feels good. And i have seen people have great results with this type of lifting.
 
So i liftes Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps. at 5 sets and 8 -10 reps

I didnt pin today but tomorrow. I only have 4 days of Ralox left and my gyno went down significanlty if I keep it up it will be gone. So I wanna get more. I am tkaing .5 AI eod.

If that ralox releally worked that good you should start a thread on just that with before and after pics and dosage. That would help people out

its only half way gone.I had a quater size llump that was 1 cm up/vertical. now its still a quarter size but like 1 mm lump.
 
I pinned 300 tren E and 300 mast p/e in biceps. 1.5 cc in each left and right. Today is my off day.

I am done with clen for 2 weeks. i am getting headsches from it 10 days into it. I was going to do14 on and 14 off. But 10 on and 10 off might do.
