Big boy Cycle

I was going to put pics up, but its not my camera. I have to wait til monday when my niece is not home. She wont let me use it, and I am 20 yrs older then here. I cant do anything about it either. Its really annoying. But I looked in the mirror. My calfs are so cut right now. I am not used to them looking like this. I was doing them a lot but then I switched my routine. Also from the back my rear delt/shoulders are nice but can get bigger. I am happy overall.

I just wish my abs, inner chest, Lats, and hamstrings were bigger. So maybe this new routine will beef them up. My quads over power my hammys badly. I think. But all is going well.
 
I lifted today and I am going to up my t4. I found 75 mcg laying around at home and going to take that plus the 88 mcg I take. But only for a litle bit. I took .5 Adex, and 60 ralox. Also took 180 mcg clen. 250 asprin with 65 caffeine.

I did arms and shoulders, 8-15 reps not going super heavy today. 6 sets

Wasnt feeling it that much. So went for more of a pump. I know I cant leift heavy every day even though on this new program. So I do it to my 1RM. 1 day 90 percent then 80 then 70. Or somthing like that. Since I do arms and shoulder EOD. And Legs, chest and back EOD. its fits good. Or I will do heavy chest then hypertrophy back and legs. Next time do heavy back then hypertrophy chest and legs. Last day of week Heavy chest then hypertrophy legs and back. I cant do Heavy everything all the time. Your body will hate you and you will burn out and results will be worse.
 
Ok so I didnt lift yesterday or superbowl day. I am lifting today. I am doing Chest Back and Legs.

I pinned 300 MastP/E and EQ 500 in left Delt. I pinned 200 Tren E and 300 Test E into left Quad. I also took .5 adex and 50 mg Winny. I am starting winny today. I am looking foward for the Mast, Tren, Winny combo. I dont have any ralox left and have stopped taking clen. I will order more ralox ASAP. Also Nolvadex and give that a try since I might need to come off of roids for just a week. Or at least test to get low test numbers. Even if my LH and FSH are low Ill just say its how it always was.

I did Chest back and legs

Chest 3 workouts heavy
Back 4 workouts 2 heavy 2 light
Legs 6 workouts hypertrophy.

Feeling good after this lift. So for now on when I have 3 muscle days one is going to be heavy, one in the middle, and one hypertrophy. Since I lift each muscle 3x a week. Each muscle will have a heavy,medium and light day.
 
Sooo in case you were curious about my boners....lol. They started to be less occuring last week. So I took more AI cause this might be the problem. Then I started Mast and Winny and they are back big time lol.

Also I weigh 215 somehow. I was 222 3 days ago. I think its water. Which is awesome.
 
I am loving this cycle. I pinned 400 mg Tren E, 300 mg MastP/E, and took 30 mg winny in morning and 20 mg winny preworkout. I also took clen at 180 mcg. 120 morning 60 preworkout and caffeine 100 mg preworkout.

I am eating 4000 cals, 250 protein, 400 carbs, and 120 fats.

I weigh 215. I lost 7 lbs. But look bigger and am leaner.
 
So because of snow I cannot go to gym. So today is my day off. I took Adex .5, 30 mg winny, and 176 mcg of synthroid.
 
I shoveled my driveway as my workout. It took 1 hr and a half maybe 2. It was 12 inches of snow. I focused on my legs and obliwues and abs. But IK feel it over my body. It definitly counts as a workout. My Driveway is very big too. It like a 90 ft baseball diamond. I took 20 mg of winny also. Also the gyms are closed. This is my off day, but got something in.
 
I got 11 lbs of myoprotein for 65 dollars which is ok. They have better deals but I needed some. It just makes life easier in protein part. I also ordered 100 box of 3 mL, 1.5 in 23g needles. My stash was thrown out by accident.

I use myprotein only now for protein powder. Two 5.5lb bags for 55 or one 11lb bag for 55 on sale. They have that sale often wait for it

yea they had a 50 or 60 percent off like 3 or 4 months ago. I like them a lot. And they have great flavors.

I did chest and shoulders and tris. I am at a mini gym which is why I couldnt do reg routine. They dont have much legs. Only 2 things, extensions and ham curls.
