I can squat more but I dont have any people to spot. I can hit 315 for 5x5 but I just dont push it. I didnt squat a lot due to basketball and tendonitis. I also got over tendonitis just a year ago. Butt I deadlift more. I can hit 500 now. But I just dont like injuries. So I be careful. Also this new routine I am doing is helping. I was not lifting heavy at all. Only hypertrophy. I know this sounds like a bunch of excuses but....IDK take it for what it is.Hey dude I hope everything is going well I'm just going to say judging by your lifts you are on a A bunchhh of juiceee for only squaring 225 x 5 or hitting 100lb DB for reps of 10
I'm not trying to be a dick what's so ever but I'm a huge advocate on building up some solid strength, if you followed a 5x5 or 5/3/1 natty you could get your numbers way up and cycle back on when your squatting and deadlifting a lot more. When you come back on you rep out those prs that you achieved natty.

So I do not push it. I did do a average amount. It really wasnt a lot. At most it was 300 test, 600 tren, 100 adrol, 500 EQ.
But Now I am on just mast 600 per week, winny 50 ed and test 150/week.
I do squats at end my lifts also not in the beginning. I am 230 and 14 bf, maybe lesss I will post pick later.
