Hey dude I hope everything is going well I'm just going to say judging by your lifts you are on a A bunchhh of juiceee for only squaring 225 x 5 or hitting 100lb DB for reps of 10
I'm not trying to be a dick what's so ever but I'm a huge advocate on building up some solid strength, if you followed a 5x5 or 5/3/1 natty you could get your numbers way up and cycle back on when your squatting and deadlifting a lot more. When you come back on you rep out those prs that you achieved natty.

I can squat more but I dont have any people to spot. I can hit 315 for 5x5 but I just dont push it. I didnt squat a lot due to basketball and tendonitis. I also got over tendonitis just a year ago. Butt I deadlift more. I can hit 500 now. But I just dont like injuries. So I be careful. Also this new routine I am doing is helping. I was not lifting heavy at all. Only hypertrophy. I know this sounds like a bunch of excuses but....IDK take it for what it is.

So I do not push it. I did do a average amount. It really wasnt a lot. At most it was 300 test, 600 tren, 100 adrol, 500 EQ.
But Now I am on just mast 600 per week, winny 50 ed and test 150/week.
I do squats at end my lifts also not in the beginning. I am 230 and 14 bf, maybe lesss I will post pick later.

I looked back at the cycle outline which looks like it was made by someone who just picked up steroids and likes Bostin Loyd or Rich Piana.
You're asking for serious problems with your hpta running 500mg of Test for 20-25 weeks.
Then again I'm not surprised that anyone here didn't tell him that his cycle outline is ridiculous and more destructive than constructive.
I ran test E at 600 for 10 and dropped to 150 2x a week. Also I am doing TRT. So does HPTA matter in this case?

I apprecitate the input. I am learning too. I realize that I ran a decent amount.

I think I am going to stick to 2 compounds or 3 for now.

I dont compete....230 lbs 14 bf. I am proressing nice at the moment. End of cycle I will put pics. in 6 weeks or just mast E/P 600, Test 150, winny 60 ed. Then get script for low T. And TRT until good bloods show.

I was allowed to get one,, but turned it down since I was mid cycle. So as soon as this cycle over, I will get one scripted. I am 25. I am 230 now, and been gaining so much mass. My next pic is going to be night and day, from my last. My lifts are good at the moment.
 
I took my winny and 300 mast tday with 300 test E.

Did chest, back and legs.

Chest(heavy) 5 sets 6-10 reps
Hex press
Inner chest flys
hammer bench

Back(moderate) 5 sets 8-12 reps
Machine rows
Lat pulldown
close grip lat pulldown
machine rows up high for delts

Legs(light)5 sets 10-15 reps
Hammy curls
Leg extensions
horizontal calfs
sitting calfs
leg press
adductor
leg pushback

Some lifts were supersetted legs and back. No super set for chest since heavy.

I am up on all lifts, my PR's are now all ten reps.

Tren is out of system, NO MORE NIGHT SWEATS!!!:)

Relly liking mast winny combo.

How many cycles have you ran previously to this cycle (outline and all)?
those low numbers were before any cycling....


before this I did Test 500 Deca 300 for ten weeks....Then Test 300 tren 300 for 5 weeks...Then Deca 600 and Test 600 12 weeks, Tren 600 Test 300 12 weeks then mast 10 weeks which is now. for a 30 week cycle. Then going to take a needed braeak.

This was in a 2 year period.
 
took 30 mg winny today.

Did chest back arms....heavy back, mod legs, light chest....5 sets 6-15 reps.
