Big lump after 2ml test c shot

Hey Need some quick advice.

Been doing 400mg Test C a week, usually split into two 200mg pins. Last week, decided to pin the full 400mg (2ml) in one go — left glute, 23G needle, same spot as usual.

Next day, my glute looked like a huge BBL gone wrong.. swelling went down since, but it’s been a week and there’s still a big, firm lump and lots of swelling which you can see through shorts. No pain, no redness, no heat, just solid swelling and some bruising around the pin site.

Anyone else had this after a bigger shot? Think it’s just a haematoma, sterile abscess, or what? Do I wait it out or hit up the doc? anyone else have this happen?

If there is no pain, no redness and no heat. I would do my best to forget about it. The first time you put 2ml in your ass you remember.

Haha it's not unheard of. It's been a week and no infection so your not in any trouble. Try pushing the oil more slowly next time with the muscle relaxed.

This is less about the volume and more about the specific injection site. Probably pissed off a nerve.

I 5cc my ass cheeks on the weekly without issues.

I’ve had it happen plenty times before. It sucks!
If it starts getting warm/pretty tender/ and the swelling doesn’t change after a few days to a week. I’d go get some doxycycline from the Dr.

Or could just be a fluke bad injection & it won’t happen next time. Or who knows.

I’ve found heating my oils up and pushing annoying slow almost a solid minute of pushing greatly reduces the chance of that happening and majorly reduces pip.
I’m doing that with 200mg primo & 300mg test both GSO (same syringe) which is 2.5ml each time.

Not really. It's just the body successfully fighting an infection.

More like fighting an irritation if it's a sterile abscess, which implies the lack of infection.

If it's an abscess it was an infection. Irritations don't end up as hard lumps

I just googled the definition of sterile abscess: "A sterile abscess is a pus-filled pocket caused by an irritant, rather than an infection."

I've had them. They go away after a bit.
