whats up guys i just joined up and looking forward to getting some good cycle advice and also sharing my own knowledge and experiences. hope you all enjoying the holidays and getting swoll.
 
I understand the stress of having money in limbo, but people have to remember that this isn't a standard "business".
People need to understand the risk going into it and need to be aware things won't always go smoothly with an UG company.
Just gotta wait it out a little longer until answers surface.
 
Got an email from Bio saying they posted to this thread but are waiting for it to get approved (this was a couple hours ago). Bio's handle doesn't have many posts since almost all info usually gets posted via stretch.

Come on man...I'm not trying to cause problems or make enemies, but you can't honestly feel that way can you? There are a lot of variables here...going public, Christmas, having a member of the team screw not only the company but also the customers, family problems, etc. Surely everyone here can relate to at least one variable here if not more. My family means everything to me! If there are serious family problems going on that takes front place in line. I have a family, I have my own business, I've had someone steal from me...I'm not making excuses for anyone. I'm just trying to keep people on the same page. Obviously, Bio is trying to make it right. I've more than likely got more on the line here than anyone else. I'm trying to keep in mind Stretch is a person just like me. He hasn't done me or anyone else here wrong that I'm aware of. I'm sure if there are different situations where someone is having to wait longer than they should Bio will make it right.
I don't want to stir a bees nest or make enemies. This is just my 2 pennies.....
 
It seems interesting to me how so many folk are giving credit to Stretch for something he SHOULD DO anyway.

Provide a professional service with the customer being the primary objective.

But Jim this is AAS sales and ......bla, bla, bla, BULLSHIT! Fellas since when does two wrongs make a wright? Stretch has an obligation to you the consumer, the objective to ease those troubled minds of his customers.

Why? Because "he has your dough", and THE SOONER THE BETTER, if credibility at Bio remains a prime objective.

Consequently, at the very least a BRIEF explaination is warranted, and should include an ESTIMATED date of your parcels arrival or the alternative the return of your funds.

My point, in the business of UGL if you can locate a source which is NICE wonderful but without the delivery of goods, what remains is a dream of what could of been for Christmas and the New Years.

im not saying stetch is a bad guy but he is wrong for not being here.
 
^^^ while agree that Bio has its fair share of "set backs" lately... It literally takes 1 minute to type a couple words on a forum to keep everyone in the loop. And here's where we disagree. I believe BECAUSE Bio, and therefore Stretch, are in the business they're in... They have even MORE responsibility to keep their customers in the know. I don't buy the "family" bullshit! We've ALL got family bro. These guys make their living off mo-fo's like us. If you want to keep that gravy train going, customer service is absolutely paramount. There are NO vacations for a UGL. Sorry, just my opinion. A day off here or there... sure. Or if youre going to be gone for a few days, let your customers know before you leave. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Nope, being in this game opens you up to more scrutiny, imo. You know guys are skeptical from the jump. You know the game before you signed up... Now do the right thing and check in. This is twice in as many weeks that he's gone MIA? What's the deal brother? Are you ok?

And to my knowledge... No one has ANY contact in almost a week. Not even OFF the board. I might catch heat for this post. But it's just the way I see it. Take it for what it's worth...:)

And in the interest of full disclosure: I DO NOT have a pending order with Bio at the moment. I am really just a little concerned is all. Stretch always seemed like a solid guy?

Also, to my earlier point: it took 6 minutes for me to type that long ass post. And I edited it twice!:)

I am not defending him. I'm saying with ANYONE in this "business", problems can arise more easily and you should never have super high expectations.
And as I mentioned before I ordered a couple of days before Christmas and received my order a couple of days after. That's not a defense to the company at all, it's just a fact.

Are you saying you got a Bio package? When did you order? Just curious...

I kinda feel like if such a stand up, reputable, dependable guy has dissapeared like this, then there's obviously a reason. The only reasons I can think of are that we got fucked, or something along the lines of a hospitalization from a car wreck or something...

I think the odds are much more in favor of a fuckin'. But I still tell myself to have patience and pretend everythings gonna show up.
