Plenty of people work thru the holidays, the world doesn't stop for Xmas & New Years. That's no excuse if you've got members loot.

Come on man...I'm not trying to cause problems or make enemies, but you can't honestly feel that way can you? There are a lot of variables here...going public, Christmas, having a member of the team screw not only the company but also the customers, family problems, etc. Surely everyone here can relate to at least one variable here if not more.

The answer to that question SHOULD be an unequivocal YES. With ANY business, it is absolutley imperative to remain in contact with customers, especially those with orders pending, or you won't be in business very long. Being incommunicado for a day or two is one thing - going silent for a week on more than one occasion is totally unacceptable - especially when the source is clearly having problems. You wouldn't accept that from any other business, and AAS sources should be no exception.

As to your comment "Surely everyone here can relate to at least one variable here if not more" is true but not for the reason you think. Everything you listed - shipper running off with stock; source having family problems, holidays, etc.- are excuses. Unfortunately, they are also the excuses sources use when they go bad. So to answer your question, yes, I can relate because I've seen this scenario play out too many times and it almost never ends well for the consumer. And as I mentioned the other day, Stretch knows this himself. So why isn't he here to reassure his customers?

I've got 240 posts, and I received my package in the last few days. They DO have shipments going out, they just got hit hard by having their shipper fuck them over right as they went public. Not an excuse for the lack of communication but I don't believe anyone is getting scammed.

I agree 110% w/CBS and there is no excuse. It is not like Stretch is not around he knows what is being said - it is how he makes his money. I mean think about it if you didn't show up for work? I am done with this and I hope it ends well for everyone.

Mine took about 3 or 4 weeks iirc, but I was kept in the loop from beginning to end on what was delayed any why.
