Bloated all the time, too much food?

I’m a pretty small framed guy in terms of wideness as of right now. I’m on cycle and I’m eating roughly 4000 cal a day. I’m getting most of my calories from whole eggs, Chef Boyardee beef ravioli (I’m not rich), and oatmeal with soy milk and sometimes some protein powder in there. I was wondering if anybody could recommend a supplement so I don’t look like I’m eight months pregnant all the time. I’ve been wanting to add MK677 to my cycle, partially to make it easier to eat this much to be honest. I just hate looking fat in regular T-shirts while my arms are bulging out the sides of the same time. Thanks for any advice.

Maby im an exception but MK doesn’t make me hungrier than I normally am. I actually end up eating less because I stop eating anything 2 hours before taking the MK (at bedtime). That prevents me from night time snacking, when I usually crave sugary shit. I understand MK will fuck with blood sugar levels, that’s why I don’t eat 2 hours before taking. My opinion bro is to dump the canned ravioli. You can make a bulk amount of rice with ground beef or turkey, stewed tomatoes and some tomato sauce for cheap and eat it all week.

Probably dont tolerate something you are eating well, swap out the oats, eggs or that ravioli stuff and see if it improves.

I would swap out the oats for rice anyway.

I would not suggest mk677.

Bob's recommendation is good, healthier, and cheaper:

Not sure what's causing the bloating but you didn't mention many vegetables in your diet. How's your pooping habits/regularity? Some non-starchy vegetables could help move things along.

Too much calories. I'm on the larger side and I only need 3000-3500cals to maintain depending on activity levels.

I believe most people overestimate how much cals they really need and are not good at counting everything they eat, so it easily makes up additional/unwanted 500+ calories per day.

The whole diet is pretty bad from my perspective so it could be any thing or everything.

money seems to be tight.
Stick with basics. But for a day or two skip one of the main things you eat. See if your stomach feels better in anyway. And that one food might be the culprit causing issues.

Personally Oats & eggs both don’t agree with my stomach. So i dont eat them at all.
Processed foods/canned food always wreck my stomach. Bloat and gas. Bad.
Lots of rice, wheat cereal, & meat for me.

Supplement wise… What has significantly helped my stomach with also clean eating within a week or so of taking it was fiber. Psyllium husk to be exact. Started with a few grams and worked up to 2-3 servings a day of a few grams. Stomach/digestion & bowel movements are great.
I have taken digestive enzymes before, those seemed to help. But I never tried them long enough nor did I truly need them.

1)Processed foods cause inflammation/bloat so I would definitely drop the Ravioli (if tight, spend the same money instead on rice or even potatoes). You can't out-train a bad diet.

2)Also, I would look at the protein powder you are using. Cheap powders are well known to be horrible for bloat/gas. Even with good powders, many bodybuilders drop shakes as they near comoetition and eat only food-source protein, for the very reason of avoiding bloat and looking "hard and dry". Switch to chicken breast or other food based protein and you will see immediate results

3)Cut down on calories. Removing some of the yolks from your eggs will help.

4)If not currently, add in cardio and/or more cardio and do it consistently

5) You didnt mention much about your goals but if one is to get leaner, these things will help.
